Simple, really. You use all the information you got on the above troper, and try too make a deduction out of it.

It must be logical, so no WMG...unless they are logical.

It's not exactly naive. And it can happen. But it's tough. And definetly worthwhile.

*ahem* The layout of the Troper Page and the data available thereon indicates that juancarlos11 signed up for TV Tropes relatively recently (November); since then there are large strings of edits on single pages, suggesting a Serial Tweaker (fitting with his own identification as a Grammar Nazi). Pages have included Red Dead Redemption and various flavours of Badass, which does seem to fit with his Western-themed avatar gallery, suggesting a definite interest in the Western series. This also fits with his posts. The Serial Tweaker behaviour is more consistent with adding new examples or prose as they come to him, as opposed to erasing his own edits. Also, he is effectively bilingual, though how common that trait is in urban Colombia is unknown.

Through December, his edits have increasing shifted to his own and others' troper pages, suggesting a greater degree of involvement in the community as opposed to the wiki alone; this is supported in his frequent involvement in the Forum Games.

In short, a short sturdy creature fond of drink and industry a rather social person with an attention to detail and a fondness for the Wild West whose creativity comes in bursts.

So...how'd I do?

The fact that you looked at Juan's page and were previously a lurker suggests a cautious approach to other people. This is supported by your inquiry as to how you've played the game.

You're ambivalent towards the american part of your identity. For one hand you announce it proudly. OTOH you deprecate it and mock it, in a manner of speaking. This may be due to the fact that you're Latin-American and don't know for sure which one of those two parts holds more weight.

Yet, you don't feel the need to really discuss it as it is all part of the milkshake that is Otaku.

[up][up] That was pretty spot-on.

Considering your posts you are humble. You have a penchant for self-deprecation as evidenced on your jokes involving your size. You suck at hiding your feelings as evidenced by your interactions with Sadist but generally don't want inconvenience anyone as shown by the way you denied those feelings.

You seem to be a rather friendly person, judging from your posts. You sample every form of nerdiness, from anime to western animation, which suggests you're trying to avert Small Reference Pools. Thus, you are a friendly jack-of-all-trades nerd.

Your combined gaming tastes suggest that you like "quirky" games, but the presence of Goldeneye suggests that you dislike this and are trying to hide it. Correct?

In your writing you seems to show a deep thinker on the state of the entertainment industry that has led to slight disappointment. Still you understand why things are the way they are and don't have unrealistic expectations.

Rather difficult to say. First activity associated with this account began in mid-December. You're clearly here for the social side of things; little activity on the Wiki side. On the other hand, it looks like you've made friends around the fora very, very quickly, active especially in Forum Games.

I'll hazard a guess you're into at least one horror-themed anime, based on avatar choices alone. Aside from that? Not much I can say.

Not particularly sure myself how this "Recent Edits" thing is separate from the Contributor's page. Haven't had any success accessing it, so I won't be able to help you out much on that count.

[down] Oh, you meant as opposed to my Troper page. You meant this link...?

Spot reserved for imminent scanning. Can you see my edits page now, at least?

Scan in progress. Sensor types: broadcast metadata, ESM; historical datatowed-array; Forum data, visual.

Report: beyond what was shown in the last scan, we can conjecture a rather snarky sense of humor, especially if—as is suspected—the appearance of Ernesto Guevara in the "Revolution" game is attributable to him. At heart, whether he is a cynic or an idealist is debatable; the balance of evidence shows the acknowledgment of a moderately cynical streak, at least. Combined with the list of works he likes, one rather suspects he supports the ideal of individuals standing against a corrupt society (see: Alan Moore, dystopian novels). The question is the extent to which his "revolution" posts are entirely tongue-in-cheek. With the other evidence, it is believed that they are to an extent: though he supports the idealized individual against the surrounding darkness, he is not above noticing the flaws in that picture. (See later forum posts in this same thread.)

There is also his analysis of modern Hollywood, which calls for more auteur big-budget films like Inception. While a comprehensive analysis of Spanish prose is beyond the capabilities of this study, the fact that the article was considered for publication in El Heraldo (billed as the third-highest circulating paper in Colombia) and that he managed to earn an interview with Ernesto McCausland shows a high degree of activity as a prospective journalist. This generally correlates to a degree of consciousness for social justice and welfare, which would fit.

Additional details: a trawl of the editing history shows a certain, uncharacteristic degree of sloppiness in the wiki edits, mainly in minor but noticeable details in punctuation. This is in contrast to his style of forum posts and admitted adherence to Spanish grammatical laws. Where this fits in is not established.

End Report.
