@Geist-Fox: Actually, Samus Aran's powered armor would have a lot of Mundane Utility for construction applications. Heavy lifting, for example. Also the Grapple Beam, too. Plus her plasma beam would make a great thermic lance and welding tool.
So, yeah, it's entirely plausible that Samus would help out with reconstructing damaged cities in her spare time.
