In any send/edit post/PM page, you can access the markup help by clicking on the button marked "Show Markup Help" that's in the top-left of the page. At the bottom of the list of the most common markup tools you'll find a link to the full markup help page.

But beware — should you try to edit someone else's post by accident, it'll tell you "Yeah, that's not going to work. At least we now know that Timeskipper likes to try to edit other people's posts. That's good to know."
