- Archive Panic: There's 476 episodes of the Encantadia saga in total (160 original series episodes + 50 Etheria episodes + 48 Encantadia: Pag-ibig Hanggang Wakas episodes + 218 reboot series episodes).
- Draco in Leather Pants: Glaiza de Castro's powerfully emotional acting, as well as her beauty, made countless fans root for Pirena and see her as a Jerkass Woobie in the 2016 reboot. To be fair, the series does give Pirena the Jerkass Woobie treatment in-universe. (She gets redeemed in the end.)
- Fan-Preferred Couple: Going hand-in-hand with Pirena's popularity among fans despite her (temporary) villain status, Pirena x Ybrahim's popularity eclipses that of the Amihan x Ybrahim pairing, though the latter is actually canon. The also-canon Alena x Ybrahim had a good fighting chance, however, thanks to their actors (Gabbi Garcia and Ruru Madrid) being Teen Idols together and forming the "GabRu" tandem.
- Narm: The 2016 series has a scene where a character asks two mermaids to gather firewood in the forest. Mermaids who have no legs.
- More Popular Spin-Off: Mulawin, which Encantadia spun off from, somehow has less episodes than the Encantadia series (Mulawin has 166 episodes, and the Encantadia series as a whole has 476 episodes), if it's any indication.
