Mulawin is a Filipino fantasy series that ran from 2004 to 2005 on GMA Network for 166 episodes.
Aguiluz and Alwina, both a species of winged humanoid called the Mulawins who used to assist humans in defending mother nature, must make peace between their people and a group of rebellious Mulawins called the Ravenas who want revenge on the humans for being so greedy.
The show's popularity led to the creation of two spinoff series - Encantadia in 2005 and Iglot in 2011, the former of which was rebooted in 2016 - as well as a theatrical film titled Mulawin: The Movie in 2005 and a sequel series titled Mulawin vs. Ravena in 2017.
