YMMV / BLUE GUARDIAN: Margaret

• Goddamned Bats: A literal example, and when it comes to sucking out Margaret's blood, they're very fond of latching onto her buxom chest as the area to do so, and getting swarmed by them can be quite the hassle. In certain underwater areas, she will instead have to deal with large leeches.
• Les Yay: One of the things that can raise Margaret's Excitement Meter (her state of arousal) is being kissed by one of the female-only gorgons. If this is an Underwater Kiss, it threatens to suck her air out and drown her, but this can also happen on land, where from there, the worst thing that can happen to Margaret is getting her clothes torn off.
• Most Wonderful Sound: The heavenly Save Point music, especially after a very tough trek to find one at low health. Namely, the last one in the game that's found in the Underground Laboratory after Margaret loses her clothes and guns.
• Signature Scene: The infamous (but avoidable) water torture tank cutscene, where Margaret is helplessly stripped naked and held upside-down into a tank filled with water until she drowns, including Game Over artwork that has her lifelessly hanging in the tank. It's even in the trailer as The Stinger despite being one of the last things that can potentially happen to her in the game. The scene was so impressionable to fans that Fox remade the artwork of it a few times thanks to Fantia survey results and receiving Pixiv commissions.
• Squick: The giant rats are worse than the bats. As it was stated multiple times on the main page, they can actually rape Margaret to death by gnawing on her ass. Margaret's moaning sounds during these assaults don't help the implications, either...
