Yo guys, what's going on, Tobi here or TBJZL...
Tobit John "Tobi" Brown (born 8 April 1993), better known as TBJZL (read "Tobjizzle"), is an English YouTuber, live streamer, Internet personality and musician who is a member and co-founder of the British YouTube group the Sidemen.
A Coventry University graduate, he is usually known to be the nicest member of the group, he has known fellow YouTuber Josh "Zerkaa" Bradley since the beginning of secondary school. Unusually, he started what is currently his secondary channel before he started his current main channel. Like KSI, Tobi has a younger brother, Manny Brown
, who also does YouTube videos.
Since 2020, he's also been releasing his own music, beginning with the single "Destined for Greatness" with Manny featuring Janellé, which made it to the Top 40 on the UK charts.
He was the first Sidemen member besides KSI to have a Wikipedia article.

- Beware the Nice Ones: Despite his rep as the nice Sideman, there are some times when he'll get legitimately pissed off, very often in the Sidemen's GTA V videos. Not to mention "Evil Tobi"...
- Catchphrase: Previously, "[X] years!", which was directed towards Josh when he messes with his long-time friend.
- Colour-Coded for Your Convenience: His GTA vehicle colour is black.
- In-Series Nickname:
- "Tabicat", stemming at least partially from his penchant for using the cat as his piece in Monopoly.
- "Black Goalie", due to most of his real-life football videos of the Sidemen usually featuring him as the goalkeeper, even though he prefers being a striker. This nickname came from a line that Tobi said during a video he did with Simon around two months before the Sidemen was formed.
- Has given himself the alias "RVBBERTOE" on Twitter.
- Nice Guy: Has a status as the nicest Sideman, being genuinely concerned for others' well-being and the well-being of his fans. For example, Tobi began an initiative with the relatives of a Sidemen fan who died in the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing to get her favorite Oasis song to #1.
- Only Sane Man:
- Shares the title with Josh, but more often than not keeps it for himself.
- His is usually the first to point out a Stereotype, such as the whole "whites vs. ethnics" thing in GTA.
- Pungeon Master: Is probably the second-punniest Sideman after Vik.
- Real Men Love Jesus:
- Is openly Christian, claiming that he is nothing without God. He's also known to thank God on a number of occasions such as his birthday. He frequently wears a cross necklace as well.
- When JJ left him 666 Monopoly money after a trade in a Monopoly Plus game, Tobi semi-defensively reacted to that amount by saying, "I am a child of God!"

Real Song Theme Tune: His videos start with a brief CG animation of his logo played to the tune of one of two AJR songs: "I'm Ready" (which notably samples the famous catchphrase of SpongeBob SquarePants) and "Let the Games Begin". - Running Gag: Referring to him as JJ or, even worse, Deji.
- Shameless Self-Promotion: In his "Googling Myself" video, Tobi ends up telling the audience to follow his Twitter, and it cuts to him holding a plug with a Post-it on it that has "SHAMELESS" written on it. It's literally a shameless plug.
- The Smart Guy: He graduated from Coventry Uni, after all, and has stated that he has 12 GCSEs.
- Squick: In-Universe; is very open about things he finds abhorrent in Bully, such as the dissections in biology class and entirety of the Edna arc (we don't blame him), which drives him to genuinely gagging and feeling sick at one point when Edna drugs the biology teacher on their date and presumably plots to rape him (while the entire thing is Played for Laughs, no less).
- Stage Name: Until the late 2010s, he called himself "Tobi Lerone", which is a pun on Toblerone chocolate bars. He used to be adamant that his real name was "Tobi Lerone", likely to protect his privacy, but now, as everyone knows his real name and it's on public government databases, he's not particularly caring anymore. He's even used his real name in some videos such as "Sidemen GeoGuessr Battle Royale".
- Take a Third Option: Decided not to get involved in the "Sidemen vs. KSI" beef, claiming that between "Team Sidemen" and "Team KSI", he chose "Team Skrrrt" (as in swerving to avoid the situation).
- Those Two Guys:
- With Josh, who he's known for years before the Sidemen.
- Sometimes with JJ as default, considering they're the only black Sidemen, especially when subtle racism gets involved.
- Token Good Teammate: Behaves the nicest overall compared to the other Sidemen, though when aggravated enough in a game he can become "Evil Tobi".
- Token Religious Teammate: He is the one member of the Sidemen who is very open to his religion and will sometimes give a Shout-Out to God.
