Kyle Exum is an African-American YouTuber and music artist who joined YouTube on July 24, 2014, uploading videos for the first time 2 years later. He mostly specializes in comedy skits that poke fun at several things, from big-name companies such as Apple and McDonald's, to pop culture from our generation. His skits contain a variety of different characters (many of whom are played by himself), and he even made Hip-Hop songs that people of any age can enjoy.

His channel can be found here.

This channel provides examples of...

  • Abusive Parents: Played for Laughs with Kyle's mom, who acts like a stereotypical black mother (up to and including threatening him with a belt to get him to do what she wants), isn't too afraid to show that she doesn't like him, and adamantly favors his little brother Timmy over him. Kyle's father on the other hand also counts, but he's somewhat nicer than his wife, yet strict at times.
  • Amusement Park: One video sees Kyle going to one that was created by Apple. As expected, he gets scammed left and right, and ends up getting himself trapped inside for the next 24 hours.
  • Annoying Younger Sibling: Timmy, Kyle's younger brother, is a frequent annoyance in his family, which isn't helped that their parents like him more than Kyle.
  • Anthropomorphic Personification: Two videos depict social media apps as looking like real people when Kyle physically enters his phone to hang out with them. There's even personifications of Wi-Fi, LTE, and 3G.
  • Burger Fool: McDonald's is frequently depicted as a poor restaurant with employees who don't care about the customers, and aren't happy with their lives in general.
  • Dysfunctional Family: Kyle's family might not be one in real life, but he has one in his videos. His mother doesn't like him, his little brother is a bother, and his grandfather is clueless about the current generation, which he's frequently seen trying to integrate himself into. His father, as strict as he is, seems like the most sane of the bunch that isn't his son, but Kyle is the Only Sane Man compared to his relatives.
  • Fractured Fairy Tale: Kyle has made Trap Music songs that retell the stories of The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood in a unique way.
  • Greed: In Kyle's world, Apple is a money-hungry company that's willing to scam their oblivious customers with hefty prices for almost everything, and products that aren't as new and improved as the last generation.
  • Informed Poverty: The "When a Robber Tries to Rob You but You're Broke" videos have someone attempting to rob Kyle, who is very poor, despite living in a house. The robber is further bewildered by everything about his life in poverty until he finally gives up.
  • Jerkass: Several of Kyle's characters act this way.
  • Only Sane Man: Kyle frequently serves as the Straight Man to everyone around him.
  • Parental Favoritism: Timmy is more liked than Kyle.
  • Shoddy Knockoff Product: In "When a Robber Tries to Rob You but You're Broke 2", the robber tries to steal food from Kyle's house, only to realize that he has knockoff versions of recognizable food items on account of being broke. Even oranges (or "yellows" as their knockoff is called)!
  • When I Was Your Age...: In the "When Our Generation Gets Old" series, Future!Kyle's grandfather frequently mentions what things were like when he was younger. This is all Played for Laughs, as he's the future version of the regular Kyle, who's young during the early 21st Century, and he's old in the future, where there is advanced technology and modern-day pop culture is taught in school.
