The reason why he knows about all these deaths is because he actually IS Death. The whole show is actually him recounting some of the weirdest, dumbest, or most entertaining deaths he has witnessed during his career. Like most portrayals of him, he's not a bad guy at all and is just doing his job, albeit with his own twisted sense of humor. That's why he condemns the actions of all the bad people who have died, and discourages listeners from being reckless and stupid like the victims in his narratives.The narrator is Xibalba.
That voice is unmistakable. And just because he promised La Muerte he wouldn't meddle in the lives of mortals doesn't mean he isn't allowed to joke about those who bring about their own demise through their own stupidity.The narrator is Muslim.
At the end of "Scarf-face", he is heard praising Allah. Leonard inherits Todd's truck after his death in "Trucked Up".

The Death from that show is delighted from the many stupid ways people have died, and there's certainly plenty of that here. If there is a reboot of this series and they decided to revive the escaped death segments, here are the possible people to be covered.

- Two school shooters begin their rampage at the same time and run into each other. They shoot at each other and are both fatally wounded, becoming the only casualties of their shooting.

- A nerd finds his laptop broken and throws it at a wall in front of him in rage. It falls back and hits him in the face.

- A casting director attempts to extort an actress into sex. When the actress pushes him, the casting director accidentally impales himself in the neck with his pen.
- A far-right militia leader gives an inspiring speech to his loyal followers while waving around a sniper rifle. He accidentally discharges it and it blows his head off.
- A Cartel boss inspects a storage room full of cocaine. An earthquake causes the bricks to collapse and he dies of an overdose.
- A gang of Cartel hitmen prepare to execute a witness through necklacing. They accidentally light themselves on fire and their would-be victim escapes.
- Caught, a pickpocket swallows a stolen wristwatch and chokes to death on it.
- A rogue spy jumps from a plane to infiltrate a building. He opens his parachute too early and is spun around erratically. He crashes through a skyscraper window, lacerating his neck on a glass shard.
- A man kidnaps a young woman intending to rape and murder her, but she escapes. He chases her on foot across a road but is struck and killed by a car.
- A penniless drunk passes out in a pail of rainwater and drowns.
- A quack posing as a plastic surgeon accidentally injects botulinum toxin into his bloodstream.
- A pirate is trapped underneath the sails of his collapsing ship and drowns.
- While trying to steal cattle, a rustler falls off his horse and is trampled to death by the cattle.
- A fugitive hides in the car trunk of their accomplice as they drive away. The accomplice is caught and attempts to drive away from the cops, and the fugitive is either killed through being tossed around in the trunk or being shot through the trunk by the police.
- A drunk, incompetent sushi chef eats raw unprepared pufferfish and dies from poisoning.
- A stage magician invites a heckling woman on stage and pulls her skirt off. When the woman covers herself with a curtain, she accidentally pulls the whole curtain down. The curtain rod strikes the magician in the head and kills him.
- A dictator and his goons enters a political dissident's home. He forces the dissident to stand on a stool, puts a noose around his neck and attempts to hang him in his old farmhouse. The beam breaks and falls on the dictator's head.
- Alexander Hamilton is fatally shot in his duel with Aaron Burr.
- A Corrupt Corporate Executive is assassinated by a hitman who disguises as a surgeon and deliberately cuts his arota.
- After losing a chess match, a player takes his loss very poorly, jumping around and screaming. He falls off another table and lands on a metal queen piece which impales him through the eye.
- A man roofies his date's drink, but she wisely swaps the glasses, excuses herself to the bathroom and runs out on him. He passes out in his filled up cocktail glass and drowns.
- A crook robs a minimart, but is attacked by a bystander and ends up crashing into a glass fridge and lacerating his neck on the shards.
- On a 19th century Mississippi riverboat casino, a man attempts to rape a woman in a bathroom, but is caught and jumps overboard. He either drowns, is bitten by a cottonmouth, is eaten by an alligator or is caught in the paddlewheel and crushed.
- The irresponsible owner of an aggressive dog that they allow to run free and terrorize the neighbourhood, having killed one neighbours cat and hospitalized another neighbour's child, insists on bringing their dog everywhere with them, and takes the dog on a vacation. Wanting to find a place to walk their dog, they go into a jungle, walking the dog without a leash and allowing it to harrass wildlife, until the dog decides to try and go after a tiger. The tiger easily overpowers the dog and the panicking owner rushes in to try and save the dog, only for the tiger to turn on them instead. As the dog runs off, the owner is mauled to death by the tiger.
- A bully decides to taunt one of his victims one last time when they try to commit suicide by jumping off a ledge, only for said victim to land on him and break his spine.
- Someone decides to crash the funeral of their hated rival to initiate Last Disrespects, only to be chased by his angry family and mourners. While trying to escape, he is:
- crushed by the casket after knocking it over.
- cracks his skull when he falls and lands head-first on a tombstone.
- struck and killed by a hearse.
- A vehemently anti-vegan conservative pundit dies on air of a stroke brought on by his meat-only diet.
- A haughty chef serves a customer rancid food for making demands he refuses to commit to out of ego, only to get the food vomited in his own face that makes him stumble onto an open grill.
- In prehistoric Australia, one tribe member jumps the gun during a hunt only to:
- Be bitten by a sleeping Megalania he disturbed, which poisons him with its venomous bite.
- Be kicked by one of the kangaroos in question, the giant Protocoptodon
- After he blows a hockey game, an out of shape Sports Dad angrily confronts his son while he's still on the ice and the fight escalates, and due to the son being in way better shape, he overpowers him, bfore accidentially slicing his throat with his blades.
