One shall stand, one shall fall: Salem's faction or the Eggman Empire?
- It's virtually a trend in Iron117Prime's fics that one villain faction will be dominant over the other by the middle act. If this happens, who will it be?
- Either way, it would probably involve their "baggage" (Chaos Emeralds and Dust) that will serve as their Pretext for War.
- Eggman has a bad habit of not fully thinking through his plans, and given that his track record vs Sonic is..spotty, it's possible he'll overstep and lose first.
- On the other hand, Salem is so used to being in full control of what's going on in her "war", perhaps having elements of chaos like Sonic and the Emeralds will end up surprising her in different ways, leading to HER downfall. After all, despite the different dynamics, Iron117Prime usually has the "outside" force have a little extra oomph to win compared with the locals.
- They may turn on each other and will go from Big Bad Duumvirate from Big Bad Ensemble with both sides going against each other as they fight against Sonic and Ruby’s groups.
Pyrrha and/or Penny will be Spared by the Adaptation
- Much like how the author spared Shirley and Euphemia in Code Prime, the author will most likely spare them as well.

When confronted with Salem for the first time, Sonic will bring up Merlina.
- It's often hard not to think about his encounter with the priestess once she comes into play. Not to mention the aesthetics of the two, and some of their motivations are oddly similar.
If Blaze gets involved, she's set for a fight with Cinder.
- Notable for both being the prime pyromancers of both franchises.
The relationship between the RWBY and Sonic cast.

Shadow will kill Cinder at the end of the Volume 3 arc.
- Shadow has proven himself to be one of the few main Sonic characters to take a life that isn’t a robot or monster. In the Shadow DLC of Sonic Forces, it is revealed that he killed Infinite’s teammates, the members of Jackal Squad. Keeping with what Iron117Prime said about how some characters who survived Volume 3 may die it is a possibility. If Cinder and the Wyvern are hit with Ruby's Silver Eyes Shadow may be present and finishes her off.

Eggman will play a big role in Ironwood's fall to villainy.
- After seeing the extent of Eggman’s advance technology dwarfing Ironwoods own along with Eggman decimating his army all the while gloating his superiority over him, will cause Ironwoods PTSD and paranoia to get worse.
- If Eggman and Salem do turn against each other Eggman and Sonic will become reluctant allies (as usual). Eggman will secretly try to corrupt Ironwood to bring out his negative traits by making him believe that Remnant would be safer if it was under his rule, and turn him against Ozpin and Ruby’s groups.
Chaos energy will be able to destroy the Grimm Pools.
Silver Eyes will have a connection to the Chaos Emeralds.
- As of Chapter 6, Ruby's eyes had some connection to the green Chaos Emerald. Perhaps Silver Eyes is an extension of Chaos Control.
- Ruby will have a Super Form like Sonic and Shadow. If Mega Man can do it why can't she?
The Metal Virus outbreak from IDW's Sonic series will happen here.
- Eggman will take drastic actions by releasing the Metal Virus from the IDW continuity as the story develops and the situation picks up. The events will unfold similarly to the start of the Metal Virus arc. Eggman will provide "weapons" for Cinder, Emerald, Mercury, or possibly the White Fang, but they're actually containers for the virus; they'll try to use them on our heroes, only to get infected. Sonic and Ruby will try to fight them, but they'll get infected too, and things will go downhill.
- If this happens and the Chaotix aren’t present, it will instead be Yang infecting herself by tackling a Zombot Blake, mirroring Vector’s Heroic Sacrifice to force Charmy out so that the survivors can flee.
Salem will later on enlist Dr. Starline and/or the Deadly Six
- A neat homage to Sonic the Hedgehog/Mega Man: Worlds Unite, with Salem (in homage to Sigma) taking in the service of the scientists and taking in the Deadly Six (albeit empowered)
- Dr. Starline will either help Eggman and Salem in their goal in order to gain their approval or try to conquer Remnant for himself in order to surpass them.
Metal Sonic will kidnap Penny and Eggman will take control of her
- After seeing what Penny is capable of they would capture and reprogram her to their side.
Shadow will take Qrow's place as the one to save Ironwood during the Fall of Beacon
- During the Fall Ironwood will think Shadow is about to attack him on to reveal he was going after the Grimm behind him.
Team Sonic will prevent the falling out between Ozpin and Teams RWBY, JNPR, and Qrow
- When everyone learns the truth from Jinn's vision Sonic will act as the voice of reason and show sympathy after learning the truth about Salem and Ozpins origin.
Team Sonic and Team Dark will personally train Oscar
Ironwood won't become a dictator and turn against Ruby, Sonic and their allies
- If circumstances are different Ironwood may go through some development, be reasoned with by Team Sonic, or lectured by Shadow.
- I dunno. Word of God did call his fall "the perfect tragedy", so they might be interested in keeping that part of canon.
Robotnik will try to turn on Salem first, leading to a fun exchange
- Salem: You know what your problem is Eggman? Preparation! (The grim begin to emerge from the shadows in an "ambush") I've lived for thousands of years and you think some upstart little human can take away my power? I was always ready for this moment.
Robotnik: (Gives an Evil Laugh) Well you know what your problem is? Adaptability! (Metal Sonic powered up by a chaos emerald and a litany of Badniks land in front of Eggman) I always am ready for multiple ways to win!
We will learn how Ironwood lost half his body.
- Sonic, Ruby, or one of their teammates would ask Ironwood how he got his cybernetics after seeing them during the battle of Beacon.
Different paths Ironwood will take if he turns against everyone else
- Do the same as in canon and have the city of Atlas retreat to the atmosphere in order to escape from Salem.
- Ironwood decides the best way to save humanity from Salem and Eggman is to have all of Remnant under his control becoming a dictator in the process. And tries to steal the chaos emeralds in order to use their power in order increase the power of his technology in order to destroy Salem permanently.
- He will be stopped, removed from power, and imprisoned. He may eventually go though a realization and go though a redemption arc.
Infinite may make an appearance.
- If Infinite is still alive somehow he may return as one of Eggmans allies or as an arc villain on his own seeking revenge.
If Sage appears.
- If Iron117Prime does decide to have Sage adapted in the story both Salem and Eggman will have a hand on her creation with Sage viewing not only Eggman as her father but with Salem as her mother.
Assuming that does that does happen, Sage will easily be the biggest threat of the series aside from Eggman and/or Salem.
The Hound was rather definitive proof that a Grimm capable of any amount of genuine human thought is a terrifying force to go up against. A fully sentient and sapient Grimm that's also a ghost-like data being capable of manipulating other machines? Yeah, that's going to be a massive problem to deal with. Especially since she'll likely show up around Volume 7 or 8, where she'll have all of Atlas's security system on her side with Arthur most likely lending a hand with her creation. Villains of Sonics world and will either aid Eggman and Salem or have their own arc against Sonic, RWBY, and their allies.
- Those that were imprisoned, killed, erased from existence, or just haven’t made a return will be brought back though magic, chaos energy, technology, or though some other method such as Black Doom and the Black Arms, Mephiles the Dark along with Iblis and Solaris, Infinite, Erazor Djinn, Imperator Ix and the Nocturnus Clan.
- Mephiles, due to briefly being mentioned by Shadow when observing the Grimm.
- Infinite because it was stated his return might be possible in the future, due to his fate being left unexplained.
- Erazor Djinn because of the spirits within the relics and well because he is a genie.
- Imperator Ix because his fate has yet to be resolved when he teleported away after being defeated.
Eggman will use a Death Egg Robot powered by the Chaos Emeralds like the one in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Fall of Beacon.
- Eggman will either have one built already and power it with the Emeralds he already has or absorb its power to create one himself and unleash it upon Vale. With Team Sonic having to take the Emeralds back in order for Sonic to become Super Sonic to stop it.
Eggman and Salem will orchestrate a second Great War.
- A war between humanity and Faunus was mentioned as a possibility by Dr. Merlot and his conversation with Ozpin and Ironwood. With Eggman supporting Adam’s coup against Sienna Khan and supplying them with weapons that will make the White Fang even more dangerous than in canon.
- Turning the other kingdoms of Remnant against Atlas making everyone think they are planning to conquer Remnant and supply them with Weapons instead in order to even the odds.
- Do it himself announcing the Eggman Empire to the public and have his robots invade the Kingdoms while Salem schemes from behind the scenes.
It's inevitable, but it's clear that Amy's set for a fight with Taurus.
Jacques Schnee will have a larger role as an antagonist.
- He might join forces with Eggman Salem alliance in order to gain more power in Atlas.
- Teams RWBY and Sonic will have to rescue Weiss from Jacques who doesn’t want her to leave his control.
Who will Cinder kill and how will she frame Ruby for the deed?
Return of the Paradox Prism
- Since the events of Sonic Prime occurred already we might get to see Remnant versions of Shatterspaces.
The Black Dragon is actually the God of Darkness
- It will eventually be revealed that after abandoning Remnant, the Two Brothers eventually crossed dimensions and found themselves on Earth. Dissatisfied with their previous attempts at creating life of scratch in the Ever After and Remnant, they decide to try their hand at ruling over pre-existing lifeforms. Though like several of their creations, they made the fatal mistake of underestimating the inhabitants of this world, eventually leading to Trip's ancestors sealing away the God of Darkness in the Black Onyx. As for why he didn't he immediately vaporize Team Sonic? He was still disoriented from being sealed away for long and they defeated and resealed him too quickly for him to be able shake of the proverbial rust. As for the God of Light? He turned tail and fled back to his home dimension after ordeal and decided entertain himself by resurrecting Ozma and pitting him against Salem.
When Jacque comes to take Weiss home near the end of "Volume 3", this is where the timeline will fully splinter
- That while she may not see Sonic as a Parental Substitute per se, she'll swear that he's been more of a guiding male presence than he ever was. Maybe even give him Raven's speech to Trigon about how "You gave me life, but you were never my father. Fathers are kind! Fathers Protect! I was raised by mom and Winter. And now my teammates and these aliens are my family. And you don't belong in it any more." After all, Iron 117 Prime isn't above borrowing speeches from other sources for their call outs. And thus, Weiss the penniless heiress will start earlier as she won't go home and Sonic will protect her like he promised.
Ozpin will be killed before he can explain everything and Teams Sonic and Dark will be blamed
- Now that Team Dark knows about the Maidens with Team Sonic being updated, Ozpin will begin to explain the secret war with Salem only to be killed during Eggmans invasion and making it look like Sonic's group did it. This would lead to the Headmasters being divided on how to deal with the situation especially Ironwood and Qrow, and with Sonic and the others without answers not knowing about Ozpin's reincarnation ability.
