Fridge Brilliance
- Having the Ace-Ops be the first RWBY characters Sonic interacts with can be seen as a way to stand out amidst other familiar Fusion Fics that start from the beginning, but when you realize that their fairy tale origins (Aesop's Fables) predate many of the other characters' origins as well, then it comes into the big picture.
- Chris Thorndyke is stated to be left out of the fanfic itself, when in reality the entirety of the RWBY cast fills in the same role as him: the human protagonists of the series.
Fridge Horror
- The divergence point for the story is that the hyper-go-on black hole at the end of Sonic Colors spit Eggman out near Remnant. That means he never met the Time Eater. Which means there's an primordial monster that can eat space and time roaming out there with no one controlling it...
- If Emerald's Semblance can effect Sonic and his friends then so can other Semblances such as Jax’s mind control.
- Upon seeing how ruthless Shadow was dealing with Ozpin upon learning of transferring the Fall Maidens power to Pyrrha one can only hope that he is less hostile to Oscar.
Fridge Logic
- Word of God states that Sonic Chronicles is canon to the story. Considering the game ended with what was implied to be a several year Time Skip due to the Year Inside, Hour Outside nature of the Twilight Cage, how does that jibe with the four year time frame the whole of the games are apparently set in?
- It could be that the timeskip was shortened to a few months rather than a few years, but that is a good point.
