Wild West Adventure is a Minecraft adventure map.
The protagonist has been hired to hunt down and kill the notorious bandit Alonzo. For some inexplicable reason, this requires collecting a bunch of artifacts to create a magic sword.
This map contains examples of:
- Hard Levels, Easy Bosses: While the map is pretty easy as a whole, the bosses are complete pushovers. Both rely on their minions to hurt you and can be easily dispatched in mere seconds.
- Insistent Terminology: Some items are renamed to fit the Wild West theme: Swords become whips and knives, bows become guns, and so on.
- Railroading: Downplayed. The map has a tendency to tell you to do things in a specific order, rather than let you do them how you like or at least make you do them in a specific order.
- Ruins for Ruins' Sake: They never do explain where those Scorpion-shaped ruins came from.
- Rule of Three: 3 spider eyes in 3 mines.
- Shifting Sand Land: The entire map is a desert.
- Underground Level: Most of the map is set underground, in various caves and mines.
