Trivia: SPY Fox

  • Hey, It's That Voice!: Star Fox fans might recognize SPY Fox's voice from Some Assembly Required and on as that of Falco's from Assault, as well as LeRoach being Leon and Panther from the same game ( He's also Sgt. Avery Johnson).
    • Professor Quack will sound familiar to fans of Sly Cooper as an equally inventive turtle mastermind.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: Only the first game in the series ever got a re-release onto the Wii, along with the first Freddi Fish and Pajama Sam games. It was a direct copy and literally nothing had been changed.
    • Now averted as the entire series has been re-released on Steam in 2014.
    • In the files for the Operation Ozone, there was a link leading to bonus tracks for the music on the disc. The site doesn't work, and isn't even on Archive.org.
  • No Export for You:
    • The Comic Book Adaptation SPY Fox was published exclusively in the British magazine Planet PC and saw worldwide release only on the artist's website.
    • Despite the Netherlands being the only other country where Humongous was popular, SPY Fox 3 was never exported there. The reason why remains a mystery, seeing how Freddi Fish 5 was exported yet was made after it.
  • The Other Darrin: SPY Fox is voiced by Bob Zenk in Dry Cereal & Cheese Chase and by Mike Madeoy in Some Assembly Required, Hold the Mustard, & Operation Ozone.
  • Working Title: SPY Fox: Operation Ozone was originally going to be called SPY Fox 3.
