This was sadly impossible for Sally, as her original seiyuu, Michiko Hirai, had died in 1984. For the game, Yuriko Yamamoto, who had voiced Sally in the 1989 anime, stepped into the role of "original" Sally for the first time, while Sachiko Chijimatsu (Cub) and Fuyumi Shiraishi (Poron) both reprised their roles from the 1960s series.
