• Cross-Regional Voice Acting: While filmed in New Zealand like all Power Rangers series starting with Power Rangers Ninja Storm, LA-based Fred Tatasciore takes over from Andrew Laing as Lord Zedd.
• Executive Meddling:
  • The Cosmic Fury suits were implemented and redesigned to be more simplistic at Hasbro’s insistence, for the purpose of being easier to make as toys than Kyuranger’s Non-Uniform Uniform as well as milking the dinosaur market... Only to make no toys out of those suits.
  • Hasbro also is the reason why a swordfish-themed Zord was named the shark Zord.
  • The episode count was also slashed in half by Hasbro, in order to get production done in 2 months. Netflix was entirely willing to allow a full 20 episode season to be made.
  • The reason why the Zenith Ranger's suit is an off-white "champagne" color is because Hasbro was afraid of the backlash it would get for having a person of color wear a white suit (the irony that this has happened before... repeatedly, in fact, ^note While the ethnicity of both Alyssa of Wild Force and Trent of Dino Thunder were never made explicit, both Jessica Rey and Jeffrey Parazzo are of Filipino descent, and while Trent's last name of Fernandez implies his character has some kind of Hispanic background, Alyssa's last name of Enrile implies her character is Filipino as well. being lost on them). • Role Reprise: After Barbara Goodson's return as the dark witch in Once & Always, we get Susan Brady coming back to the mic after dubbing over as her Mystic Mother reformed self in Mystic Force.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Ninjor was originally planned to be one of the returning heroes, but was changed to Mick.
  • Had the 20-episode season gone through, one of the plots would have had Izzy and Fern temporarily breaking up because Izzy would have gotten too protective of Fern and it rubbed her the wrong way.
  • Former Saban global franchise director Jason Bischoff's original plan for adapting Uchu Sentai Kyuranger after Beast Morphers was called Power Rangers Supernova. Notably, it would have included the real Blaze and Roxy from Beast Morphers as the Silver and Pink Rangers, Alpha-9 as the Skyblue Ranger, and an Aquitian poet as the Yellow Ranger.
