• Approval of God: Debi Sue Vorhees, who played the Ms. Fanservice Tina in a memorable nude scene loved the music video tribute the band Wolfie's Just Fine made with their song A New Beginning which faithfully recreated her famous scene.
• The Other Darrin:
  • Corey Feldman was supposed to return as Tommy Jarvis, but he was working on The Goonies at the time so he only appeared in the opening.
  • Tom Morga appears as Jason in the hallucinations, replacing Ted White.
