Trivia / Evil Dead: The Game

• Acting for Two: All four Ash variants and Evil Ash are all voiced by Bruce Campbell. Hearing five voices of Campbell talking at once can be quite an experience.
• Life Imitates Art: Shortly after the release, Dana DeLorenzo recorded a lengthy video of herself playing the game as Kelly Maxwell, the role she played herself in the series. She also provided the voice lines for the game version of Kelly.
• The Original Darrin: Betsy Baker returns as Linda after being darrin'd by several actresses in the last 40 years.
• The Other Darrin:
  • Jim Pirri steps in as yet another actor to voice Prof. Knowby.
  • Jill Marie Jones has been replaced by Kimberly Brooks as Amanda Fisher. However, Jones did allow for her visual likeness to be used.
  • Here, Annie and Ed are voiced by Cissy Jones and Jon Bailey.
  • Piotr Michael and Dave B. Mitchell voice Lord Arthur and Henry the Red in lieu of their actors from Army of Darkness, with the former also replacing Joel Tobeck as Baal.
  • The Deadite Henrietta Knowby is now voiced by Fred Tatasciore instead of Ted Raimi.
  • Jane Levy will not be reprising her role as Mia Allen. Supposedly, she was going to lend her voice to the character, but an error in communication resulted in the missed opportunity, so Julie Nathanson provided the voice acting.
  • Due to Timothy Patrick Quill's passing, the Blacksmith is portrayed by another voice actor in the game.
  • Lee Majors didn't return to voice Brock.
• Pre-Order Bonus: Players who pre-purchased the game have access to several exclusive skins, namely an S-Mart uniform and a knight platemail from Army of Darkness for Warrior Ash. Additionally, owners of the limited Collector's Edition will be granted an exclusive skin for Hunter Ash designed by Tom Savini. While the two Warrior Ash skins were made available as purchasable DLC post-launch with the Army of Darkness update, the Savini Ash skin will most likely never be released separately to those who missed out on the Collector's Edition pre-order, but a redeemable code can occasionally be obtained during limited promotions by purchasing game merchandise from Boss Team Game's online store.
• Role Reprise:
  • Bruce Campbell, obviously, returns as Ash (all four of them) and also reprises his role of Evil Ash.
  • Ellen Sandweiss, Rich DeManincor (credited as Hal Delrich), Betsy Baker and Theresa Tilly all return as Cheryl, Scotty, Linda and Shelly from The Evil Dead (1981).
  • Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo and Lucy Lawless return as Pablo, Kelly and Ruby from Ash vs. Evil Dead.
  • Shiloh Fernandez returns as David Allen from Evil Dead (2013).
