Trivia / Crush 40

• Bad Export for You: The European self-titled album Crush 40 was missing the instrumental tracks that its counterpart for the rest of the world, Thrill of the Feel, had. (Other than that and the name, the two are the same.)
• He Also Did: Johnny Gioeli is also the vocalist for the metal band Axel Rudi Pell, named after the guitarist of the same name. He is also known for headlining his own band, Hardline
• No-Hit Wonder: They haven't had much in the way of commercial success, but have a large cult following for their work on the Sonic the Hedgehog games.
• What Could Have Been: Initially on the support list for the original launch of the Rock Band Network, but it sadly never happened...
  • "Open Your Heart," recorded before they even decided on a name (Jun and Johnny are credited individually in Sonic Adventure, with no mention of Sons of Angels or Crush 40) wasn't originally intended for a video game (it likely became the theme of Sonic Adventure due to the fact Jun was already working on that game).
