Adventurer's Club is a Disney-themed murdergame, and a Spiritual Successor to Foolish Mortals. It takes place in a brand new continuity, being based on the adventure-themed properties in the Disney Theme Parks, and also allows a much larger range of characters due to Disney buying up a bunch of other properties.
In the first round, the cast wakes up in the Adventurer's Club, and are greeted by the Genie, who informs them that they have all been brought here on behalf of his master and can only escape by killing each other.
The first round began in June 2020, and concluded two months later in August.
This game provides examples of:
Round One
- Beware the Nice Ones: Rapunzel ends up with technically the highest kill count of the game, killing Sideshow Bob by accident and later on using the decay incantation on Jafar after he turns back into a human.
- Chekhov's Skill:
- Cassandra's lady-in-waiting experience lets her realize Sugarplum used vinegar to clean the scratches off her ceramic body.
- Foxy's baseball skills come in handy in the final battle once she gets her paws on some rocks.
- Faking the Dead: Turns out to have been happening with every murder and execution, with the Genie replacing all the murdered bodies with fakes and hiding the real characters in his lamp.
- Heel–Face Turn: Foxy Loxy's brainwashing eventually wears off, but she still considers Chicken Little a friend even after that.
- Improbable Infant Survival: Played straight for once. None of the kids die, despite their vulnerability as targets being discussed.
- Take That!: Several against the ending of Chicken Little, both pointing out how Buck Cluck is a bad dad and how creepy the Heel–Face Brainwashing of Foxy Loxy is.
- Too Spicy For Yog Sogoth: Even Bill Cipher finds brainwashed Foxy a bit too creepy for him.
- Wasteful Wishing: When the group gets hold of the lamp, Madam Mim tries to wish that baguette would be pronounced like spaghetti. The Genie refuses.
- What Measure Is a Non-Human?: Discussed. The trophy room makes both Foxy Loxy and Chicken Little faint when they see it. Furthermore, the mastermind trapping a bunch of walruses in a pit is treated as just as horrifying as imprisoning a bunch of humans would be for them, and most of the cast sees it their way as well.
