- The Sinister Man has mentioned on numerous occasions that The SCP Foundation is a major influence in how he portrays the Department of Mysteries and the Unspeakables (albeit they are slightly more ethical than The Foundation) in Harry Potter and the Prince of Slytherin.

- Cmon Cmon: Johnny’s young nephew Jesse is a huge SCP fan, and talks about it to him. At one point he references SCP-001.

- A poster referencing SCP-178 can be seen in the music video
for the song "Bingle Bangle" by AOA.
Video Games
- ANNO: Mutationem was originally supposed to be an SCP game but got changed due to IP issues, and so all the characters from the SCP universe were turned into expies. The Circle Consortium is a near-exact copy of the SCP Foundation, complete with the goal of containing anomalies, known here as "variants" and keeping the world at large in the dark about the supernatural, while resorting to some morally ambiguous means to do so. Some of the SCPs included/referenced are; a Mad Doctor with a plague mask (SCP-049), an enormous reptilian creature (SCP-682), a telephone kept in containment (SCP-145), a virus that turns organic humans into machine-like humanoids (SCP-217), and a young girl who has the ability to alter reality by focusing on it (SCP-239).
- In BoxxyQuest: The Gathering Storm, both SCP-087 and SCP-860 appear in a section that was inspired by various internet horror stories.
- Control is heavily influenced by the SCP Foundation, with the game centered on a fictional Federal Bureau of Control that collects mundane objects imbued with paranormal influence to study and keep secure.
- In Killing Floor 2, there is a screen mentioning a "Keter event".
- Midnight Suns features an item called the "Reality Anchor" as a combat item which can be used to stop the Fallen Scarlet Witch from performing knockback on a character, a reference to the Scranton Reality Anchors in the Foundation.

- Dark Secrets of Garry's Mod: The foundation appears as a background force in the series but it is referred to as Magyar Lénykutató Portál (Hungarian Creature Research Portal) instead. Where it focuses on researching on pony related creatures.
- The Sexypedia Wiki classifies the notoriety of characters by the Foundation's object class terms.
- The SCP-3922 test for episode one of The SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis was given an official adaptation by the channel for April Fools' Day 2023, found here. The Three Moons Initiative motto is also spoken at the end of "You Are Now In the Space Quadrant [Bad Future] (Beta Mix) (Beta Mix)".
- The Stories of Sodor features the Foundation as a central element from the end of Season 3 onwards.
