In the Glee episode "Blame It On the Alcohol", the New Directions perform "Tik Tok" - or, as Figgins calls it in his intro, "Tik and also Tok by Ke-dollar sign-Ha" - for a school assembly. It's all fun and games until several of them puke mid-performance (they'd imbibed a strange homebrewed alcoholic concoction prior to the performance). To quote Brittany, "Everybody drink responsibly."
The Simpsons: The episode "To Surveil with Love" has a special opening featuring Lisa lip-synching to "Tik Tok". This was done as part of "FOX Rocks", a special week where episodes of every FOX series had to have some kind of musical element.
