"A Room of Our Own": The wombats make their own rooms.

"A Room of Our Own" contains the following tropes:

  • Ahem: Zadie does one when she gets annoyed at Malik and Zeke's loud whispering.
  • Big Word Shout: Malik, Zadie, and Zeke all yell "CORNBREAD!" when it's time to eat.
  • Feud Episode: This episode serves as one for Malik and Zadie. Malik is annoyed at Zadie's messiness, and Zadie is annoyed at Malik's noise and bossiness. They decide that they want their own rooms. They make their own rooms by dividing the room using tape, but they don't make things fair. When they finally have equal space, they still annoy each other. Malik decides to sleep outside, but he gets lonely, and goes back into the room with Zadie and Zeke.
  • "Getting My Own Room" Plot: Malik and Zadie get annoyed at each other's habits, and declare that they want their own rooms. It doesn't last.
  • Pop-Culture Pun Episode Title: The episode's title is a reference to "A Room of One's Own" by Virginia Woolf.
  • Say My Name: Malik and Zadie shout Super's name in frustration so they can tell on each other.
  • This Is My Side: Malik uses tape to make different rooms for himself and the others. This leads to another squabble. Malik even forces Zadie to use a pass to get out of his room, since the door is in his room.

"Zeke's Fairy Village": Zeke finds what he thinks are fairies, and he wants to make houses for them.

"Zeke's Fairy Village" contains the following tropes:

  • All There in the Script: Buzby is the name of the bee with a speaking role in the episode. The character's name is only revealed in the closed captions and credits.
  • Bait-and-Switch: The "fairies" Zeke thought he saw actually turn out to be bees.
  • Hidden First Act Parallel: At the start of the episode, the wombats make fruit kabobs together by breaking down the big job into little jobs. Later, Zeke realizes that to get the fairy houses down faster, he could break down the job into smaller parts.
  • A Lizard Named "Liz": A bee named Buzby.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: The wombats make these eyes at Super while begging her to camp outside to see the fairies.
  • Shown Their Work: This episode shows bees living underground instead of in hives as is commonly depicted in media. This is actually correct, as seventy percent of bees live underground, not in hives.
  • Underground City: This episode reveals that underneath the Treeborhood, there is a neighborhood where the bees live called the Undergroundborhood.
  • Virtuous Bees: The bees are very nice to the wombats, and they love dancing.
