  • UK Spot: "Honeysuckle Rose", performed by Floyd and Zoot.

This episode has examples of

  • An Aesop:
    • For a live show, it's not always best to strictly adhere to a script. Let life and comedy happen and flow naturally.
    • "Turn the World Around" comes with the inspiring message for everyone to come together and realize we're all one people and can turn the world around if we join together.
  • Comically Missing the Point: At one point, Fozzie gets his tie jammed in his typewriter. When he tells Rowlf that he's stuck, the dog assumes that Fozzie has writer's block.
  • Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: In The Teaser, Harry tells Scooter that people are insulting him; he heard someone outside his dressing room say, "Crazy Harry's in there." Scooter is halfway through explaining that Crazy Harry refers to their resident Mad Bomber when he realizes what being in close proximity of Crazy Harry results in.
  • "Freaky Friday" Flip: The Dissolvatron, when used on people (or Muppets, in this case), causes their minds to switch around. Then it starts affecting those who weren't zapped and the sketch goes Off the Rails.
  • Harpo Does Something Funny: In-Universe. Fozzie's "script" for Rowlf and Lew Zealand's act reads, "Curtains open. Lew Zeeland and Rowlf do something funny. Curtains close."
  • Man, I Feel Like a Woman: After Link and Miss Piggy swap bodies Link comments on how "cute" he is now. Miss Piggy yells at him, "Don't you dare touch you!"
  • Name-Tron: The "Pigs in Space" sketch revolves around Dr Strangepork's new invention, the Dissolvatron.
  • Out-of-Character Moment: Statler and Waldorf sing along to "Turn the World Around" at the end, rather than their snide, sarcastic heckling.
  • Pet the Dog: Statler and Waldorf love the final number and refuse to heckle it. They also greatly enjoy "Day-O".
  • Special Edition Title: Instead of the usual ending, the credits play over a continuation of "Turn the World Around". Statler and Waldorf even drop their usual heckling comments to join the cast in song.
  • Voices Are Mental: When several characters switch bodies following a mishap with Dr. Strangepork's Dissolvatron, they all still have their original voices in their new bodies.

Crazy Harry

Harry Belafonte tells Scooter he heard someone outside his dressing room say, "Don't go in that dressing room. Crazy Harry is in there." Scooter tells Harry Belafonte that they were talking about a Muppet named Crazy Harry before realizing that Crazy Harry is going to do something that involves explosives.

How well does it match the trope?
