Original air date: 4/26/2002 (produced in 2001)

Episode number: 12a

It's the last day of school, and Francis celebrates by beating up every guy in school. To avoid him, Timmy wishes to be invisible, which may be a problem when he has to accept his perfect attendance award later that night.

This episode contains examples of:

  • Abhorrent Admirer: Done as a quick gag. Timmy is passed a love letter that he first believes comes from Francis, then a pretty girl, then a large, ugly girl.
  • Achievements in Ignorance: Timmy's parents manage to drive their car into Timmy's school to drop him off without causing any damage to the school or inconvenience to anyone inside.
  • Adults Are Useless: Even more so than usual. Francis beats up half the school and no teacher stops him. Not even when he does it on stage, in front of an audience.
  • Artistic License – Education: This episode takes place on the last day of school, yet classes are running as always, and seem to involve some high school-level stuff, like dissecting frogs.
  • Bandage Mummy: One of Francis's victims ends up like this.
  • Big Bad Ensemble: Mr. Crocker and Francis are the main antagonists, this time around.
  • Bowdlerise: The scene of Cosmo and Wanda learning Spanish was cut in some countries in Latin America, although the scene in question was dubbed.
  • Determinator: Timmy decides that he is done running from from Francis at the end of the episode and faces him head-on. The medal he receives at the ceremony proves to be crucial to stopping Francis.
  • Disguised in Drag: A boy tries dressing as a girl in order to escape Francis' wrath. It doesn't work.
  • Free the Frogs: The students were dissecting frogs (on the last day of school, for some reason). Though none of the students actively protested as much as staring at the frogs, Timmy uses his invisibility wish to beat up Francis, who'd been more than happy to cut open the frog. It almost becomes horrific when you realize the frog is still alive.
  • Humiliation Conga: Crocker gets beaten up by Wanda, publicly humiliated in front of an auditorium full of people, and taken away by a burly security guard for another beating.
  • Insane Troll Logic: "Good thing the ghosts can't reach us in the car!"
  • Invisible Jerkass: The main premise of this episode is Timmy wishing he were invisible and then using his invisibility to pull pranks on everyone.
  • "Last Day of School" Plot: The episode is set on Timmy's last day of school and its accompanying awards ceremony.
  • Look Behind You: Timmy pulls it on Francis.
    Timmy: Look! A Rottweiler!
Francis: I'm not falling for that one.
Timmy: You're right, it's just a brick wall.
Francis: (looking) A brick wall?! Where?!
  • Love Letter Lunacy: Done as part of a quick gag. After Timmy receives a threatening note from Francis, that he initially thinks is from the nerdy kid in front of him, he gets a flirty note. Francis points behind him to a pretty girl. When Timmy tries to flirt, she points to an Abhorrent Admirer sitting behind her.
  • Mama Bear: Wanda beats down Crocker for trying to hurt Timmy.
  • My Hovercraft Is Full of Eels: Cosmo and Wanda are learning Spanish in Timmy's school. After learning how to say "Where is the stinky cheese", Cosmo responds with a Spanish phrase. Wanda points out that the phrase means "I have a hog in my pants" and Cosmo produces a hog from his pants earning them extra credit.
  • Nails on a Blackboard: Done by Timmy as a prank. Since he is invisible at the time, everyone in the classroom thinks the chalkboard is haunted.
  • Oh, Crap!: Timmy upon realizing Crocker has special goggles to see him.
  • Ow, My Body Part!: Francis finally gets to Timmy but keeps hitting the perfect attendance medal by mistake.
Francis: Ow! My hand! Ow! My other hand! Ow! My head! Ow! My spleen!
  • Powder Gag: Crocker crashes into bags of flour while chasing the invisible Timmy across the school's kitchen. Fortunately, Timmy is by then out of the cloud's range, so he isn't affected.
  • Pre-Asskicking One-Liner: Wanda uses the form of a bat to locate Timmy shortly before Crocker arrives.
    Crocker: A bat?
Wanda: That's right! [turns into a wooden bat and proceeds to wail on him]
  • Rule of Three: "AHHHH! GHOST FROG!" "HAUNTED LOCKER ROOM!" "HAUNTED CHALKBOARD!"
  • "Scooby-Doo" Hoax: Parodied at the end. When Crocker stumbles on stage covered in flour, he gets accused of all of Timmy's antics, believed to be a scheme to convince everyone that ghosts and fairies were real.
  • Shout-Out: The title card features Timmy in a get-up similar to Claude Rains in The Invisible Man (1933).
  • Take a Third Option: If Timmy shows up at the awards ceremony invisible, he won't get his award; but if he wishes himself visible, Francis will beat him up. When he does turn visible, he turns Francis' wrath against him by using his medal to block every blow.
  • Tempting Fate: Principal Waxelplax tells Crocker to knock off the craziness, as she doesn't want the students freaked out before the big ceremony. Cue Chester and A.J., a jock, and a teacher running by for the Rule of Three.
  • Too Dumb to Live: The boy disguised as a girl gives away his identity by saying that he can't be beaten up because he's a girl. Francis sees through the boy's disguise and proceeds to beat him up.
  • Visible Invisibility: When Timmy turns invisible, he becomes a transparent glowing outline so the viewer can see where he is.
  • With Catlike Tread: When Timmy sneaks away from Crocker, he notes that he needs to be quiet. Moments later he causes a whole table full of dishes to fall to the ground and break.
