Original air date: 10/10/2012

After watching a commercial for a sex-enhancement drug, Gerald and Sheila roleplay as a UPS delivery man and his customer, respectively. Ike, accidently walking in on them having sex, thinks that his mom his cheating on his dad with a UPS man. The next day, Kyle sees Ike crying. Ike gives Kyle a picture he drew: A sketch of a UPS man having sex with his mom.

At Stan's house, Kyle and his friends are talking about the situation, even showing them Ike's picture. Because Kyle's mom has been constantly ordering stuff from Amazon, sometimes forgetting what she even ordered, Kyle wonders if she's had sex with the UPS man before. Randy, snooping on them, overhears the conversation and becomes worried. Cartman, however, isn't convinced that the sex was even consensual. Because UPS drivers show up to people's houses, and security companies make commercials about how women can get raped in broad daylight, Cartman's decided to get a security system.

At the bar, Randy and his friends debate over whether they should tell Gerald about what the UPS man is doing with his wife. After wondering if the UPS man is having sex with all of their wives, a voice says that it "wouldn't" be the first time" something like this happened. An old man tells the group that there was a price to be paid for convenience. He tells the story about how people used to go to the store to buy milk, but then they got lazy: They wanted the milk delivered to their door. However, the milkman ended up having sex with the man's wife. Thanks to Amazon, the "milkman" has come back, and none of them were safe.

Tropes:

  • Arc Symbol: Ike's drawing of a UPS man having sex with his mom appears throughout the episode.
  • Cheating with the Milkman: A modernized version of the old story; even alluded to throughout the episode.
  • Driven to Suicide: The UPS man jumped out the window of Kyle's house.
  • Freudian Excuse: The men assume that the reason the UPS man was having sex with people's wives was because he was raped by his mother.
  • Here We Go Again!: The guy who tells the town about how to get rid of the UPS man tells them that the security people are now having sex with their wives. This causes them to go after the security company, only now Cartman has joined them.
  • Idiot Houdini: Randy and the rest of the men receive no punishment for assaulting and killing the UPS man and instead decide to attack the home security guy after talking to the Old Farmer.
  • Insane Troll Logic: Stephen comes to believe that the UPS man is coming after him just because he forgot that he made an order on Amazon.
  • Kinky Role-Playing: Gerald pretends to be a UPS delivery man while having sex with Sheila. Unfortunately, Ike sees them from the doorway, and later draws a picture of his mom having sex with a UPS man, making everybody think an actual UPS man is having sex with Sheila, and that delivery men will have sex with their wives.
  • Lies, Damned Lies, and Statistics: Security companies use statistics to scare people into buying their products.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: Gerald is completely left out of the men's plan to deal with the UPS man, as none of them have the heart to tell him that his wife was having sex with the UPS man (actually Gerald).
  • Mistaken for Cheating: Ike catches his parents having sex, but thinks that his mother, Sheila, is cheating on his dad, Gerald, with the UPS man. Kyle also believes this after being shown the drawing Ike made of what he witnessed. Randy, Stan's father, believes this too upon overhearing his son's friends discuss about the event, which later spreads to the other adult men of South Park. But in reality, Gerald and Sheila were just doing sexual role-play to spice up their sex life.
  • Murder Is the Best Solution: The old man tells the adult men that the only way to stop the UPS man from having sex with their wives is to kill him.
  • Primal Scene: The inciting incident of the episode is that Ike walks in on his parents sexually role-playing, draws a crude image of it, and convinces everybody that his mom was having sex with the UPS guy.
  • Punny Name: "Insecurity" in two ways. One is that it's a security system installed in the human body and two is that it doesn't do the best job in making their clients feel secure.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Ike kick-started the whole episode plot by mistakenly believing that Sheila was having an affair with the UPS man.
