Pinkie Pie has just rescued the twins and Gummy, and retrieved all the flushed items (apart from the toilet paper and soap) out of the sewers. She's glad they're OK, but still very mad at them and tells them off while running a bath. The twins are in a bad mood too, mad at each other and feeling guilty for their actions. Gummy, however, is just as apathetic as usual.
The twins argue, then Pinkie Pie takes them to the bathroom and puts them on their potties again, in hopes that they'll use them, thereby earning their cupcakes she baked. Pumpkin cheers right up and uses hers, but Pound is still sulky and doesn't believe that Pinkie is telling the truth about cupcakes.
Pumpkin has a naughty idea, but she tells Pound that he has to use his potty if he wants to join in with it. Pound mulls it over and eventually decides to use his potty.
Pinkie Pie gives the twins a bath, along with herself and Gummy, that lasts longer than their normal baths for obvious reasons, then the twins put their naughty plan into action: running around and not letting Pinkie Pie put their diapers back on.
They dash off and look for somewhere to hide (negating the bathrooms, as that's too obvious and Pound might start another flushing spree) while Pinkie gives chase, and they decide to hide in their crib, where they pretend to fall asleep and then jump out and surprise her. Then, they get caught and re-diapered.

- Bait And Switch Sentimentality: When Pound tells Pumpkin to promise him not to flush any of his stuffed animals, she says, "I wasn't going to anyway"... then adds that they make wonderful chew toys.
- Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick: Pinkie Pie tells the twins off for, in this order, making her worried, letting their cupcakes go to waste, and flushing Gummy down the toilet.
- The Cake Is a Lie: A discussed example involving actual cake: when Pinkie Pie promises the twins cupcakes if they use their potties, Pound Cake refuses and thinks she's probably lying.
- Cassandra Truth: Pinkie Pie really did bake cupcakes and she really is planning on giving them to the twins if they use their potties, but Pound Cake reckons that it's just a lie to get them to use their potties.
- Death Glare: When Pinkie Pie realises that the twins tried to flush Pumpkin's diaper, she glares at them.
- Early Personality Signs: Pinkie Pie apparently first developed her Sweet Tooth when she was about two or three and being potty trained.
- Food as Bribe: Pinkie Pie offers the twins cupcakes for using their potties, and remembers being bribed with sweets herself during her potty training.
- Fun with Flushing:
- Defied when Pinkie Pie closes the toilet lid and says, "No more flushing for you two today!".
- Defied again when Pumpkin refuses the bathroom as a hiding place because she's concerned Pound might start flushing things down the toilet again.
- I Was Told There Would Be Cake: Pinkie Pie tries to get the twins to use their potties with the promise of cupcakes. Pumpkin complies but Pound doesn't and thinks that Pinkie Pie is lying. He does use his potty, but only because Pumpkin bribed him with her streaking game.
- My God, What Have I Done?: The twins feel guilty, almost to the point of tears, after being told off by Pinkie.
- Naked People Are Funny: Even though ponies don't normally wear clothes, the humour is that the twins are meant to be wearing their diapers but instead are running around without them.
- Noodle Incident: The time the twins gave Gummy their pacifiers is brought up again, and while it reveals that it was intentional and Pumpkin gave hers away too, it still doesn't tell us why they did it.
- Potty Emergency: Apparently, even though Pound was refusing to use his potty, "his body was telling him he couldn't hold back nature's call much longer".
- Potty Failure: Defied when Pound Cake decides to use his potty because he feels Pinkie Pie would be unhappy if he pooped on the floor.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Technically it's more of a "The Reason Your Actions Sucked" Speech, but Pinkie Pie still gives the twins a stern talking to at the beginning of the chapter.Pinkie Pie: "Do you two have any idea how worried I was?! Not to mention the fact that all those cupcakes I made for you are now gonna go to waste! And to top it off, you flushed Gummy, just because I put him in charge of watching over you! You two were very naughty!"
- Sewer Gator: Defied when Pinkie Pie fishes Gummy out of the sewer before he can live there.
