Though Takeru managed to, more or less, come back to life and gain the power of Kamen Rider Ghost, he has more reasons to be depressed. With 14 Eyecons remaining, less than 99 days left and no clues on how to find the rest, he has the right to feel down. Akari, still incredulous about the whole thing, is asked by her professor to check up on a strange event with powerlines. At the same time, Onari, well aware that the Ganma are causing strange phenomena while targeting the Eyecons, he and Takeru goes to the same place. There the trio meets an aspiring inventor, Sonoda, who will do anything to complete his research - like contracting a Ganma...
- Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: Well, not love, per se, but "caring". Despite all their bickering, when Akari appears to be injured, Onari ran over to her screaming, begging her to be okay.
- Big Damn Heroes: Just when Akari would meet her end via high-speed meeting with the pavement, Yurusen appeared with the Captain Ghost to save her.
- Early-Bird Cameo: Literally a bird. Condor Denwor, one of the first Ghost Gadgets, make his debut in phone form in this episode.
- Epic Fail: When Takeru switched to Ghost Musashi Damashii to deal with Denki Ganma, not realizing his two metal swords can conduct electricity.
- Teleporters and Transporters: What Sonoda wants to invent. The Denki Ganma however twists it so that it becomes a Ganma Hole.
- Title Drop: The second half of the episode title is from the last part of the transformation jingle for Edison Damashii.
- Spit Take: Onari's reaction to hearing about who exactly saved Akari.Takeru: It was an iguana.
- Who You Gonna Call?: By the end of the episode, Takeru decides that this would be the best way to track Ganma activity and, by extension, possible Eyecon locations.
- X-Ray Sparks: Ghost Musashi Damashii get a full serving of this trope when the Denki Ganma sends a large electric charge through his twin swords.
