Though Takeru managed to, more or less, come back to life and gain the power of Kamen Rider Ghost, he has more reasons to be depressed. At the same time, Onari, well aware that the Ganma are causing strange phenomena while targeting the Eyecons, he and Takeru goes to the same place. There the trio meets an aspiring inventor, who will do anything to complete his research - like contracting a Ganma...
