iGet Banned is the 8th episode in the 5th season of iCarly.
When T-Bo constantly visits the Shays' apartment and causes problems for Carly, she kicks him out and refuses to let him in. To get back at her, he bans her from the Groovy Smoothie.
Meanwhile, Freddie and Gibby discover the highs and lows of being in a band.

- Band Episode: The b-plot revolves around Freddie and Gibby forming a band and discovering such a dead-end job it would be.
- Curse Cut Short: After Carly bans T-Bo from the apartment, he calls Spencer's phone which is stuck in his cast.T-Bo: (on Spencer's phone) Man, your sister can be a real b—
Spencer: (turns the phone in his cast off) T-Bo says hi. - The Dog Bites Back: When Carly bans T-Bo from the loft, he bans her from the Groovy Smoothie as payback.
- Garage Band: The Floors, the duo that Freddie and Gibby form.
- Get Out!: Carly when she bans T-Bo from the loft, and again when she gets banned from the Groovy Smoothie by T-Bo.
- Hypocrite: Sam thinks that it's wrong to be dishonest about yourself to get attention, but she does the same thing almost every day.
- Injured Limb Episode: Spencer spends the entire episode with his leg in a cast and walking on crutches, due to wearing his roller skates in the shower some time before.
- Jerkass Has a Point: T-Bo may have been unfair to ban Carly from the Groovy Smoothie and laugh at her as she's being sprayed out, but he proves to Carly that living at the Benson residence is frustrating.
- Lame Comeback: When T-Bo protests over getting banned by saying, "But I'm T-Bo!" Carly replies, "You're T-Banned!" T-Bo even lampshades this, saying that's not even clever.
- Never Say "Die": Averted during Mrs. Benson's late-night fire drill: "Our time was 32 seconds, which means we'd all be dead."
- Persona Non Grata: Carly bans T-Bo from the apartment for causing trouble for her and Spencer; as payback for that, he bans her from the Groovy Smoothie.
- Roommate Drama: T-Bo isn't officially the Shays' roommate, just their neighbor. However, because of Mrs. Benson's attitude and rules, he spends a large amount of time in Carly's apartment (watching loud movies, barging in whenever he wants, etc). Carly bans him, but later admits that what he was doing was nothing compared to how crazy it is to live with Mrs. Benson.
- Shout-Out: Freddie and Gibby's band is called The Floors. Kinda sounds like The Doors, eh?
- Status Quo Is God: By the end of the episode after spending the night over at the Bensons and being awakened by a fire drill, Carly unbans T-Bo from her apartment. T-Bo likewise unbans Carly from the Groovy Smoothie.
- Welcome to My World: In order to get herself unbanned from the Groovy Smoothie, T-Bo invites Carly over to see what his life living with the Bensons is like. She learns right away just how awful it is and rescinds the ban after an impromptu late night fire drill.
