    Chapters

The Greatest Genius In Human History (人類史上最高の天才)

The party visits a certain Story Zone. While heading towards a nearby town, a mysterious man suddenly falls from the sky. The impact causes Alicia's sensor to malfunction. While he is confused, the mysterious man says he can fix it. Just as they are bout to ask who this man is, Villains appear and the group engages in a battle.

The party defeats the Villains. They are surprised to learn that the mysterious man is Leonardo da Vinci, a Renaissance genius. At Da Vinci's suggestion, the group heads to his workshop in town.

Unparalleled Beauty (絶世の美女)

The party arrives at Da Vinci's workshop. There, they meets Lisa, a stunningly beautiful woman who is "like a daughter" to Da Vinci. While being entertained by Lisa and waiting for the sensor to be repaired, an enemy suddenly attacks (the Inferal Priest). In order to protect Da Vinci, the group prepares for combat alongside Lisa.

The group fends the hostile priest off, but meanwhile Da Vinci gets abducted by a mysterious girl who showed up out of nowhere, and also took the censor away. In order to save da Vinci, the group heads to the headquarters of the "church" that took him away.

Prophet of Despair (絶望の予言者)

Da Vinci is imprisoned and meets a mysterious man in jail. Meanwhile, the group heads to the prison where da Vinci is being held, along with Lisa. However, Da Vinci was no longer there, but the mysterious man instead...Nostradamus. The "mysterious woman" (Chaos Juliet) shows up in front of the perplexed party, revealing herself to be an agent from the "church".

The group defeats the "mysterious woman". However, they though they had defeated her, but she was just hiding. And so she attacks the party again, who were caught off guard. Lisa is injured and unable to fight. Furthermore, Elena gets kidnapped. The group runs in pursuit of the "mysterious woman" who leaves after telling them to come to the "Tower of the Lion".

The Mechanical Lion King (機械じかけの獅子王)

The party heads to the "Tower of the Lion" to rescue Elena. When they ascend to the top floor of the tower, they find an invention of Da Vinci, the Mechanical Lion. The group fights against the "Mechanical Lion'' (King Lackland), whose fighting power is comparable to that of an order of knights.

The group defeats the "Mechanical Lion". Meanwhile, Lisa, who was hiding in the treasure room, is attacked by someone. When the group hears her screams and rushes over, Lisa claims there is nothing wrong, and she responds with her usual smile. Meanwhile, Da Vinci's trial is about to begin, and the party runs once again to stop it.

Miracle of Love (愛の奇跡)

The trial begins, and Da Vinci is brought before the Pope. There, Da Vinci speaks loudly about his own righteousness, and conversely points out the foolishness of the "church". Seeing this, the Pope becomes enraged and reveals his true identity. The true identity of the Pope is Dante, who was exiled from Florence 200 years ago. And the mysterious girl is not Juliet on the flesh, but a projection of Dante's deceased lover, Beatrice. Da Vinci and the party band together to fight against the Pope.

The party defeats Dante. After Dante and Beatrice burn to the ground, Nostradamus realizes that a phropecy he had predicted before turned out to be true. When a mysterious voice echoes, Lisa approaches Da Vinci and thrusts a knife into his left chest.

To My Beloved Daughter (最愛なるわが娘へ)

Lisa, who stabbed Da Vinci, had the "Mona Lisa Smile''. The supreme masterpiece painted by Da Vinci had a will on its own because of its splendor, and has become an Imagine. In order to monopolize Da Vinci, he took the place of Lisa (who was the model) and tried to take Da Vinci's life. "Mona Lisa"'s true identity is revealed and her plan fails, so she approaches the group in an attempt to kill Da Vinci this time.

The group that defeats "Mona Lisa". Da Vinci tells her that both Lisa and "Mona Lisa" are her beloved daughters. "Mona Lisa" regrets her actions and returns to Da Vinci as an Imagine. The commotion is over, the sensor has been repaired, and the party sets off once again to the next Story Zone.

Tropes appearing in this episode:

  • Big Bad: A Corrupt Church lead by its pope Chaos Dante.
  • Cover Innocent Eyes and Ears: Tim does this to Elena when Da Vinci strips off, with her having no idea what is going on
  • Full-Frontal Assault: After giving an epic "The Reason You Suck" Speech to the Pope, Leonardo out of nowhere strips himself in the middle of the trial, much to the horror of the inquisitors and the party. Hilariously enough, it serves to momentarily subdue Chaos Dante's Rage Breaking Point. Da Vinci gets dressed again when Revol asks him to Please Put Some Clothes On.
Revol: Why... did you get naked...!?
    Leonardo: To feel God's love.
Tim: I'm not even gonna ask what does that mean.
Lisa: When Da Vinci feels a bit too much of God's love, he gets pretty excited and has a habit of taking off his clothes.
Leonardo: You people are bad listeners...Are there any animals that wear clothes? It is the same thing...I feel love the same way as I was born, with my bare skin and through my pores!
  • Gag Penis: This game is not above these kind of jokes. When Da Vinci goes Full-Frontal Assault, Tim covers Elena's eyes, clearly horrified at the sight. He did not however, cover her ears.
Tim: Back off! Back off, I'm telling ya!
Elena: Hey Alicia... I can hear the sound of something swinging...
    Alicia: Do NOT ask.
  • The Heretic: Leonardo is branded as one by the Corrupt Church, and is captured by them.
  • Kangaroo Court: Before the trial begins, the Priest flat out tells Leonardo that he is not getting any lawyer, to which he retorts that he will simply use his own words as defense. Which leads to a big "The Reason You Suck" Speech in the next scene.
  • Kill It with Fire: Dante and Beatrice meet their end by suddenly bursting into flames, much to the confusion of everybody present. It could be an allegory to the poem, where fire is a representation of divine justice, meaning they got what they deserved.
  • Made of Iron: To the party's surprise, Da Vinci manages to survive Mona Lisa's stab on his left chest. They assume it is because he had a Pocket Protector. But no, he is just that jacked up. She did not even manage make a scratch.
  • Mechanical Animals: The Mechanical Lion. Unlike King Lackland, he can only make machinery creaking noises.
  • Not Himself: Mostly on the bad guys' side.
    • The Infernal Demon Priest here is not the embodiment of England's sheer hatred. He is just a follower of the local Corrupt Church.
    • King Lackland is one of the baddies, except not really, it is the Mechanical Lion who simply looks and fights like him. Nobody acknowledges this.
    • Dante's deceased lover Beatrice takes the form of Chaos Juliet. Alicia speculates that this because Beatrice and Juliet had a lot in common because of their Star-Crossed Lovers status, and Dante created her with the image of Juliet to reflect that. It is telling that Chaos Juliet here never once utters Romeo's name.
