"Oh yeah? Well listen up, ya silly bastard, I'll throw you one better than that. We're not gonna settle this in any old wrestling ring, we're gonna settle this in a Deathmatch ring!"
Stone Cold Steve Austin

The twelfth and final episode of the first season of Celebrity Deathmatch, known as Fandemonium I.

This episode features three pre-determined fights that were reportedly chosen by the fans of the show. The first undercard fight sees WWE wrestler "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and his boss Vince McMahon settling a long-running feud. The second undercard fight sees comedians Adam Sandler and Chris Rock battling against their will. The third fight and main event sees Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy get down and dirty in a mud-wrestling fight.

This episode contains examples of:

  • A Day in the Limelight: Stone Cold Steve Austin, alongside being a prolific wrestler in real life, is also considered a part of the staff on Celebrity Deathmatch. Therefore, this episode marks the second time someone from the main team gets to take part in a fight against someone else.
  • An Arm and a Leg: Adam Sandler loses an arm after he gets too close to the descending rotary fan after jumping onto the ring post.
  • Apologetic Attacker: Upon realizing they have no choice but to fight, both Adam Sandler and Chris Rock apologize to each other before they start fighting for real.
  • Bad "Bad Acting": Adam Sandler and Chris Rock try this in a poor attempt to convince Mills that they are, in fact, fighting to the death. When they get called out for it, Mills decides to introduce an actual threat - a Deadly Rotary Fan.
  • Butt Cannon: The layer of thick mud stopping Howard Stern from utilizing his Fartillery is kicked away by Jenny McCarthy after she convinces Carmen Electra to flee the arena for her own safety. Because of the amount of pressure built up beneath the mud, Howard is launched from the ring, crashes into Carmen and crushes her against the wall.
  • The Cameo: This episode features an appearance from Howard Stern.
  • Continuity Nod: After Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy turn on him and start attacking him, Howard Stern threatens to "do to [them]" what he "did to Kathie Lee".
  • Covered in Mud: To be expected during a mud-wrestling match. Not only are Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy gradually covered in mud throughout the fight, but even guest referee Howard Stern gets some that completely encases his butt.
  • Deadly Rotary Fan: The consequence of Adam Sandler and Chris Rock's refusal to fight each other - they either fight to the death, or face getting minced by a massive fan that is gradually getting lowered into the ring.
  • Death by Irony: To ensure that the two contestants fight, security guards are positioned around the edge of the ring and armed with cattle prods to prevent Adam Sandler and Chris Rock from simply escaping. After Chris Rock manages to win the fight, the security guards still prevent Chris from leaving the ring, resulting him getting decimated by the rotary fan descending into the ring.
  • Enemy Mine: Due to his constant sexual harassment against them, both Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy decide to turn on guest referee Howard Stern.
  • Fartillery: Howard Stern threatens to use his lethal farts against Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy after they turn on him. However, because he was pushed in the mud, his butt is covered by a thick layer of mud that stops his farts from escaping.
  • Floorboard Failure: In a fashion; Vince McMahon manages to drop Stone Cold Steve Austin through the floor of the ring during their fight.
  • The Guards Must Be Crazy: Security guards are only stationed around the ring to stop Chris Rock and Adam Sandler from escaping before or during their fight. However, even after it's established that Chris managed to kill his oppponent, the guards still refuse to let Chris leave the ring.
  • A Handful for an Eye: Vince McMahon blinds Stone Cold Steve Austin by spraying whipped cream in his face.
  • Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Chris Rock manages to throw Adam Sandler into the machine that controls the Deadly Rotary Fan, whereupon he is impaled on the lever that disables it.
  • Involuntary Battle to the Death: Adam Sandler and Chris Rock really do not want to fight each other, but reluctantly agree to do so when faced with certain death. Before the fight even starts, Nick and Johnny show a video in which both comedians are kidnapped in their own homes and dragged to the arena.
  • Ms. Fanservice: Both Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy are wearing skimpy bikinis, and the ring is turned into a mud-wrestling pit.
  • Mud Wrestling: The main event sees Carmen Electra and Jenny McCarthy fighting in one of these.
  • Neck Snap: Stone Cold Steve Austin implements his signature move against Vince McMahon, resulting in this.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Chris Rock throws Adam Sandler into the machine that controls the rotary fan being lowered into the ring. Adam is impaled on the lever that disables it, and in doing so causes the machine to short-circuit. Mills is, therefore, unable to stop the fan from lowering any further.
  • Reluctant Warrior: After Mills officially starts their fight, both Adam Sandler and Chris Rock just stand there in disbelief, and refuse to move or say anything until Mills yells at them.
  • There Is No Kill Like Overkill: After breaking Vince McMahon's neck with his trademark Stone Cold Stunner, Steve Austin then smashes his corpse to pieces with a gravestone, places them in a coffin, and drags the coffin out of the arena to, according to him, set it alight in an open field.
  • Walking Shirtless Scene: Stone Cold Steve Austin ditches his trademark jacket and only wears his shorts for his fight.
