Let's get back our home on wheels!
Trailer Trouble

Cricket and Tilly's night with Nancy is halted with the arrival of Nancy's former biker gang.

"Trailer Trouble" contains examples of:

  • Armour Is Useless: Averted. When Skids kicks Nancy's bike into a trash pile mid-race, Tilly's helmet prevents a pair of scissors from getting lodged in her head, to Cricket's visual discomfort about seeing her near-miss. Tilly freaks out when she finds them herself and realising her close call.
  • The Bet: Nancy's bet for Skids is this: if she wins, Skids has to give the trailer back, but if she loses, she keeps it as well as her bike.
  • Big "NO!": By Cricket when the Stingers steal Nancy's trailer.
  • Defeat Means Friendship: After Nancy wins her trailer back, Skids apologizes for the misunderstanding, and the Stingers are back on good terms with her.
  • I Gave My Word: Despite being angry for losing, Skids gave Nancy her trailer back.
  • Lame Comeback: After Skids told Nancy that her trailer was going to be the last thing she sees, Cricket attempts to get back at Skids with his trash talk, but he was struggling to think of something. Nancy lampshades this.
  • Little "No": Nancy utters one when she sees the Stingers outside.
  • Match Cut: When Nancy is recalling her time with the Stingers, the view dissolves to a similar close-up of her face from when she was one of them.
  • Mistaken for Betrayal: The Stingers took Nancy leaving them as a sign of betrayal and took her trailer as revenge.
  • Odd Name Out: The bikers' names are Skids, Leadfood, Lord Chrome, and Dan.
  • Revenge: Nancy left the Stingers so she can spend more time with her family, but Skids took this as a sign of betrayal and vowed payback by taking her trailer.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: After getting the trailer back, Nancy and the kids are eager to get Mom Night going again, only to find the trailer's interior is completely trashed from their escapades, with all of Nancy's prepared goods scattered about. As Nancy bemoans, getting dragged all over town by a bunch of people who don't care for it and getting hoist aloft by a crane was understandably going to upset the unsecured insides of the trailer from all the motion.
  • Running Gag: Someone complaining on how hot the pizza rolls are.
  • Token Good Teammate: Dan is the least mean of the Stingers, having an innocent-sounding voice and happily greets Nancy unlike the others. He also apologizes for stealing the trailer, and comments on what a great family she has when the Stingers make peace. Skids scolds him for his politeness.
  • Worthy Opponent: Skids was furious when Nancy beat her, while the rest of the Stingers congratulate Nancy. Skids relented, admitting it was a good race. So she gives Nancy back her trailer and leave her alone.

Tropers... Remember what I said? Make yourself at home... live a little of the highlife...
Mansion Madness

Cricket is asked to watch Remy's mansion while he's away, and escapades occur when he invites his family in.

"Mansion Madness" contains examples of:

  • Acquired Situational Narcissism: Tilly ends up as this when she acts fancy for the Remingtons' neighbors and doesn't care about anything else.
  • Bottle Episode: Most of the episode is set at the Remingtons' mansion.
  • Character Development: Cricket has stopped being impulsive since "Cheap Snake"; this is shown when Remy encourages him he always finds a way to fix a problem, and is able to pause and think before carrying out his plan.
  • Chekhov's Gun: "Kludge don't budge."
  • Hallucinations: Bill and Tilly imagine Cricket's face appearing on the original Kludge's hood ornament and one of the feathers on Tilly's hat, as they are reminded to live the high life while there.
  • Made of Iron: The Kludge and its models. Cricket realizes the truck is indestructible hence its "Kludge Don't Budge" motto, and uses said skill to stop the old model.
  • Split-Screen Phone Call: Twice when Remy calls Cricket.
  • Trail of Bread Crumbs: Gramma leaves one using toilet paper when she gets lost, only for Cricket to find it and clean it up.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Cricket inviting his family into the mansion is what leads to the main conflict.
  • Wingding Eyes: Cricket's face appears in Tilly's eyes as she is subconsciously reminded to live the high life.
  • Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: Remy's dad hates the beach after getting bit by a crab.
