- The Black-Red Hammer Army, despite being for all intents and purposes a rebel group without any infrastructure, can field enough tanks, infantry and helicopters to fight Troperia's armed forces on even ground.
- Motor Union has "corporate security forces" that are on par with the Troperian military.
- Exaggerated: The Black-Red Hammer Army are more powerful and technologically advanced than even the Great Evulz Reich's military, being able to issue Powered Armor (which is only available to the elite Strike Forces on Troperia's side) to all its rank infantry, and is able to casually field giant mechs like a tank and use tactical nuclear weapons like regular artillery.
- Downplayed:The Black-Red Hammer Army uses tanks and helicopters that are outdated by Troperian standards but are still capable of giving the Troperian forces a challenge.
- Justified:
- They are sponsored by the People's Republic of Ruritania, which provides them with military aid in hopes of destabilizing the Troperian government.
- The Black-Red Hammer Army is a splinter faction of Troperia's armed forces and stole their equipment when they defected.
- Subverted:
- Advisor Andrew claims to have hundreds of tanks and millions of soldiers in Black-Red Hammer Army propaganda aimed at Troperian soldiers in an attempt to demoralize them. This is a bluff: they only have a handful of captured tanks, and they don't have more than (at most) 5000 men in their forces.
- Despite the Black-Red Hammer Army's pretensions of being a resistance group, they're actually part of an established country.
- Double Subverted:
- Advisor Andrew only showed a portion of the forces available to the Black-Red Hammer Army.
- The established country then disavows the Black-Red Hammer Army.
