- Both times when Joel tries to make a Liquid-like voice to transition from a scene to another.Liquid!Joel: Location: Zanzibar Island. 5 P.M.Liquid!Joel: ZanZIBAr ISLanD: a YEaR, uh, eARLieR.
- Mario's "death" has his voice go from Joel's Lou Albano-esque Mario voice to a very slowed down version of Mario's "Ooof!" sound byte from Super Mario 64.
- After his "death," Luigi shouts Mario's name so loud it's audible from space.
- The food puns after Mario has told Luigi the truth:Luigi: M-Mario... That's impastable![Toad dabs while Laugh Tracks and Seinfeld bass line play]Mario: Well, if our cat had any better aim, you'd be dead that Monday! I guess you could call that a spaghetti-up, Luigi!Luigi: But Mario, what about the blood?!Mario: Hahahahaha! All Chef Boyardee! I never pasta'd way!Luigi: But how could you do sauce a thing?Mario: Truth is, the game was rigatoni'd from the start, Luigi!Luigi: [imitating Martinet's voice] Boppity-boopy, Mario! You pizza shit!Toad: [irritated] HEY! YOU STILL WANT SPAGHETTI ON THE ROCKS, LUIGI?Wario: Hey, quiet down! I'm stroking my cannoli! WAAAAAH!
- In an attempt to give Luigi's "Die?" voice line an echo, Joel puts it on multiple frames which results in Luigi saying "DI-DI-DI-DI-DI-DIE?" Cue a long wheeze.
- After Garfield (or Lasagna Ocelot if you insist) misfires and hits Mario, he attempts to escape from Zanzibar on a Huey, and just as Luigi screams Mario's name over his "death", Garfield flies off to the horizon... only to suddenly explode from Toad's BUP.
- While Joel animates Mario, Luigi and Toad (who later gets smashed by the segway) running in place while yelling "It's got a gun! Duck!" in style of Hanna-Barbera, he unintentionally makes Mario and Luigi look at each other.
- CDI Link getting knocked over by Mario, having his spine collapse, getting ran over by Mario's car, getting stepped on by Luigi, and then getting crushed by a segway. And then exploding. Even funnier is that none of the characters notice.
- Classic Sonic and Waluigi getting knocked over by Mario's car with a stock bowling pin sound.Waluigi: And then I said WAAAAAHHHH- *CRASH*
- Sans spewing out a series of jokes after getting ran over.Larry: Hey man, you got the stuff, right?Sans: yeah, i got a ton. a skele-ton.Sans: (after Larry gets killed) damn, he was my bone-ly customer! *SMACK*
- The gargantuan reveal of David Hasselhoff.Painting of David Hasselhoff: I'm David Hasselhoff.
- Mario's kart slips on a banana peel left by Diddy Kong, causing him to say "Rolling ravioli!" in intense slow-motion, followed by an epic crash into the restaurant. Mario then claims to be fine, only for the kart to crash into him and send him flying again.
- Mario using a hand puppet, Handio to trick Luigi and Duck into thinking he's not actually there. It actually works on Luigi.Handio: It's not me! It's... Hand...io!Luigi: Dammit! We lost him!
- Mario's reaction to the crowd cheering when he shoots Toad.Mario: Shut the fuck up.
- The shocking realization that Mario is in fact Scatman John.Scatman John: Scabba-beedaba-daba-fuck you! *BLAM*
- The Un-Reveal that Mario was taking a piss the whole time.Mario: Thanks, Scatman! I was using the John. Just like how I'm using YOU! *BANG*Luigi: [from the sewers] Huh? What was that noise?Scatman: Scabba-Beeba-fuck I'm dead.
- Mario mistakes Duck for a weird chicken, in what Joel considers the funniest line in the movie. The No Indoor Voice makes it funnier. He also calls Duck a "Terrible Turkey" and "Pesky Pigeon" later.
- Santa's untimely demise at the hands of Lasagna Ocelot's crashing helicopter.Santa: It's almost Christmas! [Joel mouthing sound of helicopter crashing] Ho-ho-HOLY SHIT! *KABOOM*Garfield: Damn, guess I'm on the naughty list now!
- What makes it doubly amusing is the implication that Garfield may have been stuck airborne in a crashing helicopter for two days until finally landing, then coming out of the wreck unscathed due to landing like a cat.
- Three words: Metal Gear McQueen, AKA Lightning McQueen with legs.
- Squidward's appearance and his reaction to Metal Gear McQueen rampaging through the city.Squidward: B-B-Bruh.
- Piglet's reaction before he's shot is no slouch, either:
Piglet: Oh, wh-wha-wha-wha—OH FUCK. - Wario's final appearance has him squished next to a building called "Wario's Crack Shack." Subsequent shots rename it "Wario's Former Crack Shack" and then "Pingu's Crack Shack."
- After hearing the reason Mario wants to kill Luigi, Garfield says he thought it was because Luigi peed in Mario's Cheerios. Cue Mario going "He. Did. WHAT!?" and gaining Red Eyes, Take Warning.
- Mario prepares for his final showdown with an epic one-liner.Mario: This is it, Luigi! There cannoli be one! [as a giant] It's-a me, Super Mario! Yahoo!
