• In "A Dog Day Afternoon", when Chloe notes to Manuelo that she wants to impress Travis by eating "cute food":
  Chloe: Manuelo, think cute!
  Manuelo: You want cute food? Let me show you "cute food". (takes melon out of fridge and draws pumpkin face on it) Cute food!
  • After Chloe and Riley leave, he calls to them "...and you can call him Wilson!"
  • When Riley tells Chloe that Travis is not interested in her:
  Chloe: This is coming from the girl who thinks she has a shot with Brad Pitt.
  Riley: Could happen!
  Chloe: Okay, he's married now!
  Riley: LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LAAA!!!! I'm not listening!
• The entirety of "The Breakfast Club" is this.
  • Manuelo unintentionally talking about famous people who speak or spoke Spanish. Riley yells that "it's also the language of Speedy Gonzalez—ANDELE, ANDELE!"
  • "I wonder if...Ferdinand Magellan ever had to go into a carpool."
  • When Riley enters school and forgets her locker combination, this happens:
  Larry: (in locker) 22!
  Riley: Thanks. (begins to unlock locker before realizing who is in her locker) Larry?! Is that you?
  Larry: Lemme check...yeah, it's me!
  Riley: (opens door) Larry, what are you doing in my locker?
  Larry: I wanted to surprise you, y'know, start the morning with some great news!
  Riley: Oh, lemme guess, are you going to get beamed back up into the mothership?
  Larry: (rolls eyes) No. Me, you and me, us, well, I—
  Riley: LARRY.
  Larry: Yeah, we are gonna be biology lab partners!
  (we zoom into Riley's eye as she imagines Larry in a Frankenstein outfit in a black and white environment)
  Larrystein: I will create a bride! A BRIDE!!! (laughs maniacally as we transition back to Riley)
  Larry: Is this gonna be great or what?!
  Riley: (slams door on him and walks away)
  • Riley tells Chloe this gem regarding how Travis gets into detention so much he has his mail sent there:
  Riley: Sounds like the only way you meet him is if you get detention. (begins to walk away before realizing she inadvertently gave Chloe a bad idea) Did I really just say that? (the scene reverses back to said line) Sounds like the only way you meet him is if you get detention. (walks away and then stops in her tracks) I guess I did say it.
  Chloe: Yeah, detention... wow, thanks, Riley! (throws her report in the trash)
  Riley: (walks up to the trash bin, then looks up at us) I have got to learn to keep my mouth shut.
• After the girls continually complain about women-related problems at the start of "The Color of Money", Manuelo quips "Why do I feel like I'm a guest on The View?".
  • The girls and Manuelo using kitchen gadgets and utensils as instruments for a random song.
  • When the girls realize that Larry used their fundraising/donation money for Plaque tickets:
  Larry: See, today is my birthday...
  Chloe: And ironically, the day of your DEATH— (Riley attempts to break Chloe's rage)
  Larry: S'alright, don't worry about it! Every year on this day, my grandmother sends me a check. I'm just gonna go after school and cash it, and all the money will be back in the box by tonight! It's okay, look: "Dear Larry, a donation has been made in your name to the Fresh Air Fund. Love, Nana." Aw, isn't she sweet? AAAAAHHH!
  (the girls chase him through the lunchroom)
  • Riley going into Blake mode.
  Riley: A. B. C. Always be closing. ALWAYS BE CLOSING. Where do you think you're going?
  Guy: To get some Juicy Juice.
  Riley: Juicy Juice? Juicy Juice is for CLOSERS!
• Larry sneaking into the party in "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun"...as Britney Spears.
  • The premise itself is hilarious - Chloe and Riley are invited to sneak into a wild late-night school party. They go ahead and plan to do so...but end up sleeping through it.
• The adults' method of warming up the Manuelo Meals in "True Lies".
