Inspecting the mess of cotton in the Aurora Jewel's room leads Pikachu to make a cotton mask for fun.
While riding Growlithe, during a Pika Prompt, Pikachu starts to feel sick because Growlithe keeps bobbing up and down as she runs, so she decides to do things quick, pushing him off from her back.
When trying to get Pawniard to show up, one of the options is for Pikachu to sing, so all you hear is Kaiji Tang singing like an opera actor.
Pikachu and Sophia both mess with Tim over Rachel being his girlfriend. Tim assumes that his mom is teasing him, too... but then it turns out Irene was just talking about making enough food for everyone.
If you click on Detective Pikachu while inspecting the jewel storage room, he'll tell Tim to stop looking at his tail, and investigate anything that looks suspicious.
The Fabled Aurora
The Rowlet at the ruins outright doesn't trust Tim or Pikachu being around, and at one point growls when Galarian Darmanitan is talking to it.
When Tim and Rachel pull Professor Gordon's Slowpoke out of an ice block, Slowpoke comically lands on Tim.
How does one cross the gap where Slowpoke poured lots of water? Plenty of wrong answers there, including having Chris' Munchlax drink down all of the water. That's not going to work, is it?
You can totally cause Pikachu to fail at properly giving Slowpoke's Tail to Darmanitan so he ends up getting gobbled up, which does lead to another act of pulling Pikachu out of its mouth.
When the Unitas grunt and his two Croagunk try to threaten Tim into giving up Pikachu, everyone else shows up revving for a fight, with Professor Gordon even cracking his knuckles. The grunt, realizing that he's outnumbered, flees screaming before calling in a Mamoswine.
The various Pika Prompts can get silly.
Pikachu asking Munchlax if it has to eat its own weight in food every day.
While riding Darmanitan, Pikachu complains about his cold seat by Darmanitan's head and that he could end up biting his tongue from the constant bopping, which causes Darmanitan to fling him out in frustration.
When Tim is questioning people about Brad, two of the female citizens start gushing about how attractive he is. Tim awkwardly decides it would be better to go ask other people for help instead.
All the times Pikachu asks a detained Pokémon taller than him to push him through the vents, with the first attempt with Pangoro involving the panda tossing him fast into the vent rather than just gently putting him there.
Ambiguously, Inteleon tells him "not to bite his tongue" for some reason, which worries him.
Then all his unsuccessful landings whenever he comes out of a vent.
Every time Pikachu gets tossed into the vents, there's a comical bouncy-ball sound effect.
Any time after the first one where Pangoro throws Pikachu, Pikachu asks him to go a little slower... And Pangoro decides to absolutely gun it instead, much to Pikachu's annoyance.
Riding on Luxray makes some Pokémon there jealous of Pikachu, especially Sableye, who idolizes Luxray.
Liepard jokes that seeing Luxray giving Pikachu a ride makes it look like Luxray is babysitting Pikachu.
While riding Luxray, during a Pika Prompt, Pikachu makes a very bad joke about Luxray's X-ray vision ("I guess that means you've got an EYE for detail! Heh! I'll SEE myself out!"), resulting in him getting electrified by Luxray.
Memories of the Bamboo Forest
The pizzeria manager being an extreme cheerful guy.
He also tells Tim to please not call the pizzeria "a pizza shop."
Upon helping out the Bellossom to regroup, a Pika Prompt has Pikachu trying to show off his "dancing" moves to the trio. They all get disgusted by his dancing and leave.
The curry shop's patrons usually run out screaming for water because of how spicy the curry is. Let that sink in.
Gumshoos' sidequest revolves around getting some curry for it to try... and Gumshoos ends up loving it. Considering how spicy the curry apparently is, how high must Gumshoos' spice tolerance be?
When Chansey shows up to give Tim an egg for the pizza, Pikachu comments on how lucky they were to "chance upon a Chansey." This prompts Tim to complain about the dad joke. It gets even funnier when it's revealed that Pikachu really is Tim's dad, making dad jokes all the more fitting.
In a Pika Prompt, Pikachu asks Pangoro if he's been so strong since he was little, but Pangoro awkwardly affirms it, leading Pikachu to tease him about his insecure answer. Annoyed, Pangoro simply whirls his shoulder to push Pikachu down.
While Harry and Pikachu are trapped at the storage, a Pika Prompt involves Pikachu pointing the way to the exit, but Harry somehow confuses that for Pikachu being hungry.
Then after they get out, another prompt has Pikachu excitedly standing on one foot. Harry once more guesses wrongly by saying Pikachu wants to touch his beard.
After Tim finds out that Pikachu is Harry, he wonders if he should call Pikachu "Dad," though they both choose to go with Pikachu until he goes back to normal.
A Plan That Transcends Time
Usually, the Ryme Daily's frontpage photo is always about the latest case Tim and Pikachu have solved in the episode prior. This time, though...it's a photo of Pikachu lying down right next to a photo of pizza, captioned: "Great Detective Pizza-Chew."
Even though Tim agreed to keep calling his Dad-turned-Pikachu Pikachu, the latter can't help being an embarrassing father anyway, sobbing profusely about his son becoming a great detective (though Tim can tell it's all fake, but still embarrassing).
Having Tim talk to Sophia for the first time in the chapter opening has Sophia wondering if Pikachu has "old man energy." Pikachu asks if he's been acting older ever since he got his human memories back.
Irene says that Pikachu has always seemed that way to her... which makes her sound like she's unintentionally messing with him.
When Pikachu asks Tim to buy coffee beans, Sophia reveals that she can actually understand everything that Pikachu says. Cue the freakout, and Pikachu getting shoved out the door.
It makes previous interactions, where Sophia acted like she didn't understand Pikachu, come across has her having trolled him the entire time.
The Team Power Walk as Pikachu comes back with all the ally Pokémon in tow.
The Pika Prompts with the team:
Pikachu complains to Growlithe that he's about to puke. She reacts with disgust and shakes him off before running away.
Darmanitan's bumpy running makes Pikachu complain about biting his tongue by accident, so he's once again angrily tossed away.
Pikachu begging Luxray to join him as a partner for detective work, which Luxray turns down. Pikachu then keeps nagging at him saying "please" quickly multiple times, which results in Luxray using Discharge to shut him up.
Finding Turner's Cramorant starts with the fact that it managed to mug and then escape from two Unitas grunts, who are supposed to be expert battlers compared to the usual people of Ryme City. Let that sink in for a minute. Two grunts with powerful (albeit controlled) partners failed to catch a domesticated Cramorant.
Finding Cramorant stuffed inside a box, and then the disgust that is seeing him spitting out the Control Cube controller covered in his saliva.
Tim later decides not to ask why the controller is sticky.
Pikachu's final bolt of brilliance sequence ends with Merloch's fusion machine literally and randomly handing Pikachu a cup of hot coffee. Why a supervillain like Merloch would have a coffee brewer built into his fusion machine is nearly beyond understanding. Maybe Merloch is just as much of a coffee addict as Pikachu is?
Some of the scenes shown during the credits are amusing, such as Butler working out in jail, or Pawniard and Sirfetch'd practicing their chopping skills together.
Sophia nagging Harry about wanting to become a detective, which he turns down...until she brings up that at least she could be his secretary. He briefly considers the idea until Irene shoots it down.

Pikachu suddenly starts dancing.
Pikachu sliding into view, asking if Tim called for him.
Pikachu trying to run around, only to get tired and complain he doesn't walk like other Pokémon do.
