• The scene from "Blinky and the Film Star" wherein Blinky dresses up in drag and flirts with Danny Dingo. It actually works, until Blinky reveals himself and foils Danny's robbery plan.
  • Leading up to this, Danny insults Daisy's acting skills and she quits the bank robbery scam out of anger, causing Danny to throw a tantrum by pounding on the table.
  Danny: Hurry up, will ya? We're starting in a minute...
  Daisy: Oh, I haven't read my lines properly.
  Danny: Who cares? It's a bank robbery, not a real movie.
  Daisy: But I'm an actress!
  Danny: Actress?! I've seen trained seals put on a better performance!
• In the episode "Blinky the Hypnotist", Blinky switches Wombo's personalities with Flap's, Miss Magpie's with Splodge's, and Marcia's with Mayor Pelican's, and hilarity ensues.
  • At the end of the episode, Wombo gets even with Blinky by giving him his personality, causing the entire town to burst out laughing.
• In "Blinky and the Magician", Meatball gets confused when Danny tries to explain his role in the magic show scam.
  Meatball: While the whole town is watching the magician tonight, I, uh...
  Danny: You sneak in...
  Meatball: You sneak in-
  Danny: No, not me, you sneak in!
  Meatball: That's what I said.
  Danny: Alright, then, "I sneak in."
  Meatball: Okay. You sneak in-
  Danny: No, no, no, no, no! Okay, okay... while the town is watching the magician, Meatball sneaks in, and...?
  Meatball: ...watches the magician?
  Danny: No, no! While the town is watching the magician, Meatball sneaks into their homes and steals their food!
• "Blinky and the Red Car" features a prime example of a Gilligan Cut:
  Blinky: Uh, sorry I'm late, miss.
  Miss Magpie: Ah, you're ALWAYS late, Blinky Bill! Stay in after school and write "I must not be late for school" one hundred times.
  Blinky: Aww... but I've only been late for school eighty-seven times, miss!
  (fade to Blinky writing "I must not be a smart aleck" in his book)
• When Shifty's explaining Danny's resort plan to the class in "Blinky Bill and 'Club Pet'":
  Blinky: Get real, Shifty! A tourist resort is the last thing this town needs; only a complete idiot would fall for a plan like that.
  (fade into next scene, with Mayor Pelican talking to Danny)
  Mayor Pelican: It's brilliant!
