Revice Forward: Kamen Rider Live & Evil & Demons is a V-Cinext film set after the events of the series, focusing on Daiji Igarashi/Kamen Rider Live, Kagero/Kamen Rider Evil, and Hiromi Kadota/Kamen Rider Demons. It was released on February 10, 2023.
After FENIX is rebranded as Blue Bird, Daiji Igarashi is one of the many people over there working to maintain peace. However, just as Hiromi's condition is beginning to improve thanks to Dr. Ichimura's assistance, he suddenly disappears and a man resembling him, Muramasa is seen alongside the new terrorist organization Alicorn, kidnapping young people for their agenda. Among their hostages is a girl named Rumi, who has major connections with both Daiji and Hiromi... But how is she connected to Muramasa?

- Discard and Draw: After the Two Sidriver is destroyed by Muramasa, Daiji temporarily borrows Ikki's Revice Driver, allowing both him and Kagero to become Kamen Riders Live and Evil Marvelous.
- Earn Your Happy Ending: It takes everyone being pitted against them, but the movie ends with Alicorn finally being brought down, Hiromi's name being cleared and rescuing Rumi from Kagetaka's clutches alongside Daiji and Kagero. Oh, and the Two Sidriver is repaired by George.
- Evil Doppelgänger: TransAmzers have the ability to impersonate people with their DNA, with Muramasa impersonating Hiromi being one example.
- Fake Defector: As part of their deception to figure out the truth behind Alicorn, Kagero fakes defecting to Alicorn, with only Muramasa realizing this after Kagero cold clocks him.
- Shoot Out the Lock: Daiji does this to free the children held hostage by Alicorn.
- Voodoo Shark: According to Daiji, he explains that even after a Deadman created by an Vistamp used by another person is destroyed, there's a chance that another inner demon might reappear again, but Kagero retorts that only those who are vile enough can have another one appear, which doesn't explain why Devil Hana appeared in Kamen Rider Jeanne & Kamen Rider Aguilera with Girls Remix even though Hana Natsuki's contract was destroyed by Sakura.
- Wrecked Weapon: Muramasa destroys the Two Sidriver during his fight against Kamen Rider Eviltylive.
