Kamen Rider Geats: 4 Aces and the Black Fox is the annual summer movie for Kamen Rider Geats, double-billed with Ohsama Sentai King Ohger Adventure Heaven.

After a mysterious tree appears, Ace is split into four personifications of his abilities and ends up in four different worlds with the other main cast. This is the work of a pair of future criminals, who want to conduct a game that results in the world's destruction. The other worlds all have Jyamato, but the four Aces don't remember anything and can't trust the other heroes.

Can they get Geats back together in time to save everyone?

It was released on July 28, 2023.

This film has examples of:

  • Audience Surrogate: Ziin makes appearances throughout the movie watching from the future, giving appropriate reactions and urging viewers to do the same actions as him.
  • Big Damn Heroes: As is formula, Gotchard's debut has him bail out Keilow, first by charging in as MadPilets, then by switching back to SteamHopper and using his alchemist abilities to make short work of the Jyamato.
  • Breaking Old Trends: This is the first summer film whose movie form is also the main Rider's Legend Rider form for the next series, something typically reserved for Movie Wars in winter. Geats Oneness is accessed by using the Gotchardriver-based Oneness Buckle and a Ride Chemy Card based on the entire Geats cast.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: Ace and Tsumuri's last scene during the credits is to thank the audience, claiming they're all Kamen Riders now as well.
  • The Bus Came Back: Ittetsu Tanba/Kamen Rider Keilow and Sae Ganaha/Kamen Rider Lopo return after their one-time roles in the "Scheme" and "Divergence" arcs respectively. Win also transforms into PunkJack again which he hadn't since his return.
  • The Cavalry: The rest of the Riders return during the final battle to help Ace land the final blow.
  • Chekhov's Gun: The blank Ride Chemy Card Keilow received from Gotchard proves to be instrumental in defeating X Geats.
  • Chronic Hero Syndrome; The fourth Ace of Heart despite being so weak a Pawn Jyamato can dispense him with out problem, won't back down things get serious, to the point Tsumuri has to restort to tying him up with rope to keep him from joining the others.
  • Clap Your Hands If You Believe: Everyone putting their hopes into Ace upgrades his ID Core into the Oneness Core.
  • Darkest Hour: Mela and Melo manage to destroy the world and the future, leaving Tsumuri as the only survivor on an empty beach. However, thanks to everyone's beliefs, Ace is able to be resurrected back into his complete self, with a new power up to save the day.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Kamen Rider Gotchard makes the obligatory summer movie debut in an encounter with Keilow.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: Mela dismisses Ace's heart as an useless aspect, but ends up learning the hard way that Ace's true strength was the determination and genuine belief in people's desires that got him as far as he did.
  • Kill the God: Mela is deicide incarnate. He has killed every god in recorded human history and obtain their powers for himself.
  • Let Us Never Speak of This Again: Ace is so embarrassed by how his split selves acted that he decides to erase everyone else's memories of what happened.
  • Literal Split Personality: The four Aces each have a different personality with a certain power associated with the original: Island Ace with Tsumuri and Sae has his luck, Western Ace with Michinaga and Win has his strength, Student Ace with Neon has his smarts, and Bard Ace with Keiwa has the power Mela finds useless, his heart/determination.
  • Make My Monster Grow: Mela makes X Geats grow in the final battle.
  • Mythology Gag: According to the original story book, Melo and Mela's next target after killing Ace is the Man of the Beginning.
  • Non-Serial Movie: Averted. Yuya Takahashi said that the continuity of this movie is left open to audience interpretation. The Tie-In Novel Who is Melo? reveals that Mela's guest appearance in #45 was him using his divine powers to create an illusion of him being XGeats. The best approximation of where it happens is some time after the final episode, since Ace fully attains godhood as he wears his signature clothes as a celebrity and everyone remember who he is, along with Keiwa being once more on the side of good, and it seems to take place after Kamen Rider Gotchard's 4th episode.
  • Not So Stoic: After everything is done, everyone starts teasing Ace about his split selves and it causes the normally unflappable man to scream in embarrassment.
  • Plot Hole: Gotchard's debut features him being competent in basic alchemy along with using the powers of the Chemies, but in the series proper Houtarou is entirely reliant on Chemies and has yet to actually master the basics of Alchemy.
  • The Reveal: The future the DGP hails from is one where Earth has been rendered uninhabitable, with the humans of that era being digital constructs designed to live in space. The Jyamato are likewise plants mutated by the same cataclysm. This explains their cavalier attitude to the past in their games as being digital, as long as someone survives to develop hard light technology, killing people wont change their future.
  • Rousing Speech: Subverted. The rest of the Riders send a speech to Bard Ace about how great is he as he gets back up... only for Cross Geats to destroy the world.
  • Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: After watching Mela getting beaten by Geats, Melo decides she's now bored of him and decides to blow up the tree with Ace and Mela still in it. Luckily, Tsumuri punches her out before she gets to do it.
