Destruction in Human Form, check. Looks kinda pathetic, check. Ran a gang, check. Left to atone, check. Bugs, check. Total boss, check.

Therefore, Taylor = Guzma.

Y'all Are Stupid REDUX is a Pokémon and Worm crossover. It can be read here. The original version can be read here.

This fanfic contains examples of:

  • Accidental Murder: Rachel is killed by Taylor's swarm when she triggers in reaction to Rachel siccing her dogs on her.
  • Adaptational Heroism:
    • Madison becomes the first person to join Team Skull and one of Taylor's best friends instead of a bully.
    • Rather than being forced to become Tattletale, Lisa joins Team Skull under her original name, Sarah Livsey.
    • Regent also joins Team Skull, using the alias "Alex Cage".
  • Adaptation Relationship Overhaul:
    • Instead of just being her classmates, Taylor becomes friends with Greg and Sparky. She also meets Aisha directly instead of through Brian.
    • Madison becomes Taylor's friend shortly after starting at Winslow High School.
  • The Beastmaster: After the ABB attack on Skull base, over a dozen Team Skull members Trigger with the ability to summon various Pokemon, ranging from a humble Eevee to Giratina, ruler of the Distortion World.
    • Taylor's powers, combined with her insect control from canon, can turn normal bugs into bug-type Pokemon.
  • Cool Big Sis: Even though she's younger than most in Team Skull, Aisha takes up this role for the group. Her official nickname is "Big Sis".
  • Curbstomp Battle: Lung is on the receiving end of one when nineteen members of Team Skull trigger. This includes Aisha summoning Giratina.
    • Thanks to Taylor's powers, the PRT is able to sweep up the Empire 88 and the Merchants in under two hours.
    • The Endbringers handily dominate Team Skull when they show up as Rayquaza, Groudon, and Kyogre until May summons Ultra Necrozma to take them down.
  • Dark Is Not Evil: Team Skull. In contrast to their canonical selves, "Team Skull" is a youth hangout and breakdance club that does absolutely nothing illegal. That being said, it is Brockton, so everyone sees these people taking over a warehouse, dressing up in matching uniforms, and running around with more Capes than the Protectorate and New Wave combined and come to the conclusion that they are, in fact, another gang.
  • Death by Adaptation: Rachel is killed when Taylor Triggers and turns a nearby bees nest into a horde of Beedril.
    • Lung dies in the attack on Skull Base.
  • Dead Fic: Has not been updated since the author put it on indefinite hiatus January 21, 2020.
  • Disease Bleach: After the fight with Lung, Taylor's hair turns white from the stress of creating hundreds of Pokemon in seconds and then controlling them.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Rachel sics her dogs on Taylor when Taylor kicks a can down what she thinks is an empty alley and hits her in the head.
  • Dope Slap: Taylor does this to a Skull Team member when he start to speak in slang during the Parahuman review - by throwing a shoe at him.
  • Easily Forgiven: Averted. Emma and Sophia's attempts to get into Taylor's good graces and join Team Skull are rebuffed.
  • First-Name Basis: Greg is this with Parian thanks to the contact from buying Skull uniforms in bulk.
  • From Nobody to Nightmare: Team Skull begins as five teenagers learning how to breakdance in a warehouse. One year later, they are (technically) the largest gang in the US Northeast, "control" (so to speak) pretty much all of Brockton Bay and have the largest concentration of Parahumans in the region.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Lung thought he could attack Team Skull, kill their leader and break them down. Nineteen members trigger right there and then and destroy him.
  • Mass Super-Empowering Event: A number of Skulls mass trigger when the ABB attack.
  • Mundane Utility: Team Skull uses a Suicune to keep a pool clean.
  • No Kill like Overkill: After the fight between Team Skull and Lung, Miss Militia acquires a certain hatred of bugs. When she sees a cockroach in the PRT's kitchen, she pulls out a flamethrower to kill it.
  • Not So Above It All: Amy has a Cuteness Proximity moment when she encounters an Eevee, and later begs Taylor for one.
  • Psychic Nosebleed: Taylor can get this if she pushes her powers too far.
    • Sarah/Lisa and Madison suffer from it too.
  • Psychic Static: Something related to the Skull mass trigger event causes Contessa to fall in a coma, prevents Alexandria from using her Thinker powers and gives Coil a painful headache every time he tries to use his power. Alexandria posits the idea that this only happens if Thinker powers are used in a hostile fashion against Team Skull - which seems to fit with how Sarah can use her power without issue.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Several of Team Skull members stay in Skull Base on a permanent basis to escape their Abusive Parents.
    • After the kerfuffle with said parents causing a PR crisis for the team, Amy and Victoria join them temporarily because Carol is going round the bend over her belief that Taylor can Master people.
  • Secret Identity: Averted; Taylor doesn't even bother since her Triggering was so public, and she doesn't want to be in a gang or to fight.
  • Superpower Lottery: Taylor gets an even more powerful version of her canon power, allowing her to turn insects into Bug-type Pokemon and control them. She can even disconnect creatures from her powers and give them out as pets, not to mention return them to normal insects.
    • Aisha gets a similar power, but one that creates Ghost-type Pokémon, while Greg has the same applied to mammal and bird-like Pokémons, although he doesn't have any ability to control them.
  • Tranquil Fury: Taylor explodes in this when she learns that Coil was behind the PR crisis that hit Team Skull.
  • Wham Episode: Charge 11.1, when the Endbringers - transformed into Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza, attack Brockton Bay, forcing Team Skull to go all out to protect their hometown.
  • Wham Line: When Alexandria reviews what the Endbringers have been doing lately (the Simurgh is floating over the antipodes to Brockton Bay, Leviathan is at the bottom of the Mariana Trench and Behemoth is sleeping where the Krakatoa stood) and notes something strange.
Alexandria: Why the fuck is the Simurgh turning green?
