Several supporting and one-shot characters from 100 Bullets are extremely popular among fans.

  • Cole Burns is Out of Focus for large parts of the story and arguably has the fewest fight scenes of the Minutemen, but he's still popular with just about everyone in the fanbase.
  • Because of Misaimed Fandom, and how much he keeps surviving, Lono is probably the most iconic cast member despite being a Token Evil Teammate who only appears sporadically until Volume 8.
  • Joan D'Arcy is one of the most popular members of the Trust due to being more intelligent and more morally gray than most of her peers, despite not having any dialogue, or even a name, until less than fifteen issues before the end of the series.
  • Spoiled Sweet Professional Gambler Benito only has major roles in four volumes and a few standalone issues, but fans love him for getting a fair amount of Character Development and being a Wild Card in the Trust-Minutemen War.
  • Resident Femme Fatale Megan Dietrich plays second fiddle to Augustus for the most part but is the inspiration for most of the series' fan art and is also well-liked for being one of the most layered and complex (although still quite nasty for the most part) Trust members.
  • Jack's friend Mikey is decently liked for having a minor arc of his own across the two stories he appears in, with many feeling pleased at his happy ending of sorts.
  • Remi's brother Ronnie only appears in about ten issues, but being one of the toughest characters outside of the Trust-Minutemen war and his interesting dynamics with his mom and brother make him quite popular.
  • Milo Garret, a Hard Boiled Detective with a Bandaged Face who refuses to return to being Graves' thrall, is the least-appearing Minuteman. Nonetheless, most fans savor every moment he is on page and consider him greatly underused.
  • Schlubby Intrepid Reporter Mr. Branch mainly serves a Mr. Exposition role outside of the main events of the story, but his moments of warmth, bravery, and insight, Hero of Another Story past, and partially passing the What You Are in the Dark test that comes with Graves' attache cases make him one of the most likable characters for many readers.
  • Victor's heist crew from the first issue he appears in are decently interesting for their The Family That Slays Together dynamics and the way they are Overshadowed by Awesome despite their toughness.
  • Coop, the Cool Old Guy leader of Joan's bodyguards, for his bravery against Remi and nice interactions with both his boss and coworkers. He's only in one issue, but it (and Coop) tend to be well-remembered.
  • The surprisingly brave, Deadpan Snarker, Anti-Medici Trust member Fulvio Carlito gets a little appreciation despite only appearing in four issues and having no dialogue in two.
  • Sigmar Rhone only appears in a few issues and only speaks in two, but his A Death in the Limelight is one of the most remembered one-shots in the last quarter of the series. His Benevolent Boss and Doting Parent moments and Silver Fox appearance add to his popularity.
  • Sophie, one of Lono's rape victims, only appears in five issues but takes an enormous leap in popularity in her final appearance, where she runs a self-defense class and support group for women in the aftermath of her trauma and nearly kills the invincible Lono when they meet again before then sparing him due to feeling If You Kill Him, You Will Be Just Like Him!.
