There are many of them, now, all with goals and aspirations, and not a few with supernatural abilities. But they stay together, live together, fight for each other... and occasionally they do end up dying but one tries to prevent that.
This is The Estate.
The Aquiline Estate is a roleplay Discord server based around the world created by the lore of r/Flairwars. It was founded by Cubbies and grew from there.

- Post-Modern Magik: despite the mass of powers here, the estate is a modern one with all the technological fixings.
- Samaritan Syndrome: Jess is prone to this with her family members.
- Sexy Discretion Shot: utilized as a simple fade to black- or indigo.
- Speaks Fluent Animal: Anais can talk to cats fluently, but only in catmode.
- Divine Parentage: Jess’s birth mom is Resa, a goddess of creation and protection from Modland.
- Giving Up on Logic: despite the many crazy events that happen in the estate, Anais does this most frequently, often seen watching the events with popcorn.
- Cower Power: Tetsu, upon seeing rats
- Transformation Sequence: this happens to Jess- though instantaneously- when she touches her necklace.
- Eye Color Change: Jess's eyes turn white when she is having negative emotions or transformed.
- Post-Kiss Catatonia: Ritz freezes after Spectra kisses him. Tetsu doesn't move or speak for a good twelve hours after Rose kisses him the first and second times.
- Now or Never Kiss: Spectra does this before rushing off to try to help Anais- before accidentally knocking herself out.
- Blood Magic: Three people have the Blood God's Gift,i.e. blood that heals people, namely Agent, Cal, and Rose. It's not always a good thing.
- Family of Choice: There's very few genetic relations between people, but it is undeniably a family.
- Abusive Parents: Beetroot. Made Grass an assassin, subsequently pulled Parental Abandonment on both him and Ritz, has attempted to kill several members of their chosen family, among other things.
- Superhuman Trafficking: The three with the Gift of the Blood God (healing blood) were all formerly enslaved for said blood.
