Creator / Top Draw

Top Draw is a Filipino Animation studio founded in 1999 by Wayne Dearing, who had previously been employed at Fil-Cartoons. They specialize in hand-drawn and Adobe Flash animation. They've been used for many of Hasbro's (non-CGI) commercials from 2006 onwards.
