Fanfics with their own pages:

Her fanfics contain examples of these tropes:

  • Characterization Marches On - Stephanie was originally a talented painter who loved musical theatre and was a bit of a drama queen. As time went on, her visual art was almost ignored, and her singing and acting talents were emphasized.
  • Dreaming of Times Gone By: Stephanie in Being The Slave keeps seeing parts of Roxanne's life as if she is Roxanne.
  • Fan Art: One of SideshowJazz1's reviewers and fans, CMR Rosa, not only commissioned a number of cover pictures for his stories but a whole gallery folder for character pictures from all his stories here.
  • Flanderization: Stephanie originally began as a dramatic, snarky goth girl who, despite being frustrated with her family, did care for them deep down. Later stories starring her show that she doesn't even care when they're depressed or feeling anxious about something.
  • In-Series Nickname: Roxy for Roxanne, 'Princess Alexandra' for Alex, and "doll face" and "Diamond" for Bailey.
  • Little Miss Snarker - Nicole, a witty nine-year-old. Subverted as she is actually a teenager in a child's body.
  • Pseudo-Romantic Friendship: Brooke and Della from A Ghost Of A Friendship, to the point that Brooke eventually chooses Della over everyone else, even though she doesn't necessarily realize it.
  • Shared Universe - The Stephanie Simpson series primarily takes place in the universe of The Simpsons, but it also has stories that take place in the worlds of Total Drama and Hey Arnold!.
  • Title Drop: Combined with In-Series Nickname as Alex is constantly referred to as "Princess Alexandra" throughout the same fic. Also done by Nancy in Every Princess Has A Secret when she confesses that she is an illegitmate daughter of a queen and one of her knights.
