Paul Bernard Benedict (September 17, 1938 – December 1, 2008) was an American actor and director, best known for The Jeffersons (1975–85), The Man with Two Brains (1983), This is Spın̈al Tap (1984), and Jeremiah Johnson (1972).
He died of a brain Hemorrhage at the age of 70 in 2008.
