Jack Mercer (born Winfield B. Mercer; January 31, 1910 - December 7, 1984) was an American voice actor, animator, and writer best known for Popeye the Sailor.
He was married to Margie Hines and Virginia Caroll.
Mercer died in 1984 after suffering from stomach cancer at the age of 74.
