Jack Mercer (born Winfield B. Mercer; January 31, 1910 - December 7, 1984) was an American voice actor, animator, and writer best known for ''Popeye the Sailor''.

He was married to Creator/MargieHines and Virginia Caroll.

Mercer died in 1984 after suffering from stomach cancer at the age of 74.
