David Leonard Landau, better known as David Lander (June 22, 1947 – December 4, 2020), was an American actor, musician and comedian.
He was best known for his role as Squiggy on Laverne & Shirley. Interestingly enough, Lander's passion for baseball (he was a Pittsburgh Pirates fan) parlayed him into a career as a pro scout for a couple of MLB teams, and he was a member of The Society of American Baseball Research.
He passed away at age 73 due to complications from multiple sclerosis.
