Cheeky
Szemtelen Manó/Cheeky
The Series Mascot of M U G E N and central opponent of this mod, Cheeky is a blueish sphere with a bastardized "Check It" face.Born hundreds of millions of years ago, this "naughty leprechaun" has helped shape the strange world that Mirror Man seems so intent on exploring, but that's not important right now. What is important is that Daddy Dearest from Friday Night Funkin' has offered a hefty sum of Robux for Boyfriend's disappearance, and Cheeky intends to fulfill his commission to the fullest... maybe... okay, maybe he's not.
- Affably Evil: Has a polite demeanor in all of his interactions, even as some of them try to kill you. He's also quite casual around the other spheres, which he considers his friends. He even offers to treat Boyfriend's kidney stones with one of his magical paintings.
- Berserk Button: Surprisingly, a 900,000,000-year-old rock has a quaint little house out in the valley! Shame if someone were to break in and order him to sing along with them...
- Blue-and-Orange Morality: While less apparent than in VESZTESEG, he still gives up his hit on Boyfriend just because he did his "Epic Rap" well.
- Companion Cube: Cheeky claims that Al Capone's last words were "Kidney stones are like a family to me."
- Eldritch Abomination: Shows hints of this, as Cheeky is able to manipulate reality and has existed for hundreds of millions of years.
- Troll: At the end of Week 1, Cheeky grabs Boyfriend by the neck and strangles him until he passes out... only to put a "you win" note on his back and leave.

Boyfriend
The Boyfriend
The protagonist of Friday Night Funkin', though probably not quite as you remember him.- Adaptational Badass: He breaks into an Eldritch Abomination's house for kicks, is Immune to Bullets, and (since literally every fnf mod ever has crossed over into this mod's lore) teleport using only the power of the Patter Song.
- In-Series Nickname: Boyfriend is referred to by Cheeky as "XML", the filename for the graphics within the game. This seems to be a reference to Friday Night Funkin' HD, though it could just be a display of Cheeky's medium awareness.
- Immune to Bullets: Downplayed. Boyfriend can be hurt by bullets, but for whatever reason, The Power of Rock heals all the damage he takes from them, making him effectively invincible if he just keeps singing.
L.E.F.M.E. Characters
Ron
Somebody needs to do something about you. 
A humanoid with a desktop folder as a head. Now with a cooking show.- Chef of Iron: Ron appears to have a cooking show, and he's still the silly yet strong opponent he usually is.
- Hidden Depths: Who knew that Ron was a chef?
- Throw the Dog a Bone: In this mod, he doesn't suffer any of his usual misfortune (outside of having to deal with Boyfriend).
- Unexplained Recovery: Ever since Vs Bob And Bosip became non-canon to the Bob storyline (due to a
Role-Ending Misdemeanor on that mod's author), his reappearance (and his gaining of cooking show airtime) has been one of these.
