U.A High

    Principal Nezu

Quirk: High Spec

  • Armor-Piercing Response: His answer to Hunhow upon being asked why he doesn't want to take revenge on humans for torturing him: "Would I be any better than they were?"

  • Mix-and-Match Critters: Was originally (or what he assumed he was) a stoat with an intelligence quirk before being spliced with the genes of other animals and a human by a Mad Scientist stand user.

    Toshinori Yagi - All Might

Quirk: One For All

The #1 Hero in the world and Symbol of Peace, as well as the 8th holder of One For All.
  • The Ace:
    • All Might is the number one hero in the entire world, a One-Man Army with near immeasurable strength and someone that almost everyone looks up to as the Ideal Hero.
    • Deconstructed, since he is so strong, he's generally believed to be Too Qualified to Apply for any problems he actually wants to solve. It's essentially the "Don't send Superman to stop a bank robber because Darkseid is here".

  • Broken Ace: Considers himself this.
    • Knows that for all the good he has done, he's living on a timer in terms of how long he can keep up his heroic Workaholic tendencies.
    • Said tendencies and being The Only One that could stand up to All For One led to him having very few friends, and even then he kept them at arms length out of fear that AFO would go after them.
    • His desire to stay apolitical is a double edged sword to him. On one hand, it allows him to remain impartial and not swayed by political parties for their agendas. On the other, it means he doesn't take hard stances on many of society's problems. He notes that with the influence he has, it would be fairly easy to throw his weight around to fix issues he has with society. He's just afraid that he wouldn't know where to stop and become Drunk with Power and become a Well-Intentioned Extremist.

  • Good Is Not Soft: Is no stranger to having to kill villains, though only if given no other choice for a more peaceful solution.

  • Ideal Hero: Is this to almost everyone as the #1 hero.

  • My Greatest Failure: Considers leaving his close friends out of the fight with All For One and letting the world become too reliant on a single symbol to be this.

  • What the Hell, Hero?: Is not pleased when he hears that the Tenno were used as Child Soldiers, to the point where he is uncomfortable to be around Natah and Ordan at first after hearing their traumatic backstories.
    Shota Aizawa - Eraserhead

Quirk: Erasure

Homeroom teacher for Class 1-A, chronic sleeper, and easily annoyed underground hero.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Is known to kick students out of the hero course if they can't handle it or don't take it seriously. He notes that he's not a great teacher, but he wants his students to survive in the field and not retire due to an injury at the age of thirty.

  • Reasonable Authority Figure: Empathizes with one of his student's depression over the loss of her boyfriend, and is unwilling to expel her for slacking off. At the same time, he isn't willing to send her out for field work in this state and attempts to get her help.

  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Pulls this while after Inosuke asks what a quirk is, as he doesn't want to deal with the situation on a day he was supposed to have off.

    Nemuri Kayama — Midnight

Quirk: Somnambulist

U.A's art teacher.

  • Dressed Like a Dominatrix: A very confused Ordan notes that she is dressed like a more tasteful Orokin pleasure servant.

  • Ship Tease: Shows interest in Ordan when she sees him in the U.A MEC.
